Solo lo reservé por un una noche, y mi estancia estuvo bien, habitacion limpia y amplia, confortable y buena atención en la recepción. Volvería en otra ocasión 👍

Hice una reservacion para 3 personas, 2 camas matrimoniales, cuando llegue a hacer el check in no me comentaron nada, hasta que llegue a lanhabiatacion y solo habia una cama, les dije que mi reservacion era para 2 camas y 3 personas y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada, que si no estaba de acuerdo buscara otro lugar. Después olvidé unos lentes, un cargador y una botella, llamé para preguntar y me dijeron que no tenian tiempo para revisar, que dejara un mensaje y que cuando ellos revisen se ponen en contacto conmigo. Pesimo servicio, pesima atencion, cero ayuda, jamas volvería

Es un hotel muuuuy viejo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, no tiene caja de seguridad, la cama no es cómoda, por lo que pagué esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Es un vecindario muy tranquilo y muy bonito. No muy lejos a pie del centro. Cera de la universidad de Washington.

Un Buen lugar.
La actitud de toda la gente espectacular. Las instalaciones un poco gastadas, pero muy limpias.

La habitación cuando entre tenía más de 80 grados de temperatura, no hay aire acondicionado, no pude descasar, ni siquiera estar en la habitación, me facilitaron un ventilador que removía el aire caliente y a los pocos minutos dejo de funcionar. Una habitación es para a descasar, la de este hotel es todo lo contrario, una experiencia horrible, jamás regreso

Charming old building and very friendly staff. I had reserved a room with two beds, but got a single bed and wasn’t able to switch. The staff brought in a rollaway, which wasn’t optimal but we made do.

Never a fan of staying in downtown anywhere, but this spot was pleasantly surprising. No real issues, maintenance and room service was prompt in the few times I needed it, and the complementary shampoo and body-wash was appreciated.

I guess it was good for what we needed, old building. No a/c which is listed. Found a fan in the closet. Washroom has no door knob. Parking was behind the building across the street. Close to the seawall/pier. Alot of mentally ill people roaming the streets. Alot of Seattle hills.

I loved the unique, old style. Not a cookie cutter chain motel. Had character and old fashioned charm. Very helpful staff!

This property need alot of work, the bathroom sink did not drain. Complain, but no manager was available and talk to us. I would not recommend this property and would not stay again.

A housekeeper tried to come into our room when my daughter was changing, a dirty sock was in our bed sheets, no dining, no coffee, Rude Staff. Boards on the front door where glass was broken.

I have stayed here several times in the past. The convenience for me is the hospital being right there. I can get a wheelchair to pick me up and take me to check in for surgery. The beds are comfortable and clean. My room was clean enough. The one thing that they need to do is update the carpets and furniture and paint. It is beginning to look rather worn and old. I will stay here again and recommend them to friends and others.

When i rechecked in to the hotel, the young lady, Bear, was so friendlier than the 1st lady who checked us in the 1st time I checked in. Very compassionate & understanding. What a difference.

Great choice if you are trying to keep downtown Seattle cheap(er). Facility is definitely showing it's age, but everything still works so if you aren't looking for fancy, this will do quite well.

Front desk staff helpful and engaging , room very comfortable. Big plus the parking 1 block away in front of the hospital was only $20 for 24 hrs. 2 other hotels nearby were $50 and $60.

Very convenient to Virginia Mason Hospital. Older property but very well maintained. Parking is very inconvenient and there is no dining facility on the property, which is also very inconvenient.

This property is in a more residential area but also right next to Virginia Mason Medical Center. This meant a lot of ambulance noises. Our room was comfortable but a bit dated and the bedding basic. The pillows were flat and unfluffable. However, since we spent little time in the room and the price was very reasonable, it made for an affordable stay within easy walking distance of the Convention center and Pike's market and the Capital district.

I reserved a room with two beds and it was given to my son who has the same last name but different first name. As a solution we were moved to a very small room with one bed for the same rate. We checked out three days before and the hotel was going to not charge for the remaining but they said Expedia should be reimbursing us because you are the billing agency. Unless you reimburse us, we really got screwed in this stay.

The employees stood out, as they went above and beyond to be sure I felt welcome. Jay Cee at the front desk treated me like a close relative! I stay in Seattle several times a year and this will Now be my go-to place to stay.

Toilet seat basically came completely off, the bathtub doesn't drain and I showered with water up to my ankles it took hours to empty. There's a horrible smell in the room and you aren't allowed to burn candles or anything to cover it. The only perk was nice staff and the location was necessary. I've seen nicer Motel 6 locations.
