The only problem was we were on the bottom floor and kids were on the top floor. They kept running back and forth and It sounded like a heard of elephants. We complained several times to the front desk but nothing changed. We finally had to walk upstairs and confront them to get it to stop.

Sedona is absolutely magical, and the setting of the Ridge is just far away enough from the traffic and business to allow you to relax and enjoy. Two pools, three hot tubs, every unit has a patio (but not necessarily a view). We brought bikes and golf clubs, so go plenty of "eye candy" riding through adjoining neighborhoods, and golfing.

Property was very nice and everything I asked for such as supplies and lite cleaning midweek they accommodated. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and perfect for our purposes. Just far enough away from the Sedona chaos. Would stay there again without question.

The property overall was gorgeous and the pools and hot tub were a bonus. However... they tried to hard sell us to the 90" sell for a time share... and then put us in a below grade room facing the parked cars... so no usable balcony at all for us... and we were given a room that was adjoining to a family with children...not really relaxing and certainly not worthy of buying a time share...oy.

Property just south of Sedona a few minutes. Nice little are with plenty of eats and a few shops. Most of your time will be in Sedona area. Property showing its age a little. Unit On ground floor and heard every step loud from above. Wakes you up. Ask for a top floor.

The picture of the room showed a contemporary room - the actual furniture was very dated and unattractive. Before i checked in, i had called and asked if there was an EV charger available for guest use and was told there was one. Unfortunately, it didn't work which caused a huge inconvenience in traveling to a public charger - i would not have driven this car had i known there would be no working charger on site. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Loved the kitchen and all the supplies throughout the kitchen provided, along with everything else in unit. Didn’t need anything else. Nice, clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Only negative, was the timeshare pressure at check in. Had to say no thank you about 3 times.

We enjoyed our stay here for three weeks. It was nice to have a kitchen to use! We didn't get full use of the dishwasher as it was leaking on the floor so we stopped using it after two times. It was nice to have a balcony. You could hear people coming and going at all hours in the next room, but that was okay. The bed was comfy, although we requested flatter pillows and there were none. The puffy ones are hard on a bad neck! The bathroom was a nice big size with lots of counter space. The shower was nice and big, but the shower head had a loud squeal. But, overall, we had a nice stay at the Hilton and would go back again!

While the room is dated it was very very clean. When we arrived at 4 our room was not ready so we had to wait over 30 mins. It is a Timeshare (we didn’t know that) and the concierges were friendly vultures trying to get us to sign up for a 90 minute sales pitch. Pool areas were lovely. And you cannot beat the views.

Just what we expected from Hilton Vacation Club: outdated rooms and everything was dirty. The staff at check-in was great, but then we got to the rooms and it smelled like old food from the people before us, there were used toothpicks on the floor, and the shampoo in the shower was missing the pump so it couldn't even be used. The only positive was the beautiful golf course surrounding the property and some of the best golf we've ever played, but we can play without staying here next time.
