Bien pero..
Todo bien, sin embargo, la puerta del balcón no servia, lo notifique en la recepción y me dijeron que la revisarían. Al regresar me notificaron que ya lo habían hecho. Intente abrirla y nuevamente no servia.. Una señorita de recepción me pregunto si necesitaba ayuda para que me enseñaran como abrir la puerta.. Comentario que me pareció muy desatinado. Posteriormente fue mantenimiento y la arreglo, porque en efecto, no servia.

Ich war sehr überrascht, dass das Frühstücksangebot so reichhaltig und international war. Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde dieses Hotel wieder besuchen. Strand ist nur ca. 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

The hotel itself boasts comfortable and spacious accommodations, breathtaking views, and a convenient location in Seminyak. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality delivered by Sima and the rest of the staff. Sima's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly memorable. Whether it was recommending local attractions, arranging transportation, or ensuring that all my needs were met, Sima consistently exceeded my expectations. Soft beds and pillows. Wish the shower water was a little warmer ( I like it hot) but it wasn’t cold. Clean room, clean hotel friendly people. Best comfort in a bed I’ve had in Bali so far Only thing our air conditioning leaked into one of our bags and got some of our stuff wet :/

It’s very convenient location to Kuta and airport. Staff are very friendly and make you feel home starting from airport pickup, service desk, food and drink. Have beautiful endless pool and great especially when it’s hot. For price we pay for 4*and get lot good experience to enjoy. It will not disappoint you. We enjoyed very much.

The a balcony at all but a property is getting a little old and the balcony for the room is not a balcony so it was not convenient to sit outside and relax as a chair would not fit in the small tight area. The breakfast was also very bland with the options not suitable for a lot of tastes and to be charged for extras like cheese etc is a bit much

Great location and staff were good and easy to deal with. Rooms had some minor issues with showers but overall a good clean and convenient place to stay as close to everything you need. Good pool and happy hour specials. Breakfast is ok but could use some changes as got a little stale after a few days. But would definitely come again if wanting to stay in that area. Thank you for a great stay

If I choose to go to this part of Bali again, I will definitely stay at the Horison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining area is superb, the sky desk is a great place to lounge by the jacuzzi, good laundry service and airport transport. The mattress could have done with airing and vacuuming though, but if I'd mentioned it and asked, I'm sure they would've sorted it.
