Lo que me gustó la amabilidad en la oficina, lo que no me gusto es la limpieza y el fuerte olor a cigarro , y mucho ruido de los huéspedes en la madrugada !

Asked for a ground floor room 6 months in advance. They said they was out when arrived. Asked about boat hook ups with electricity when made reservations and said we were good to go. The electric outlets in parking lot did not work for boat hooks. The pavement in front of room was uneven and couldn’t back boat in front of room. Asked for a different room even on 2 nd floor but said sold out. Parking lot at night was 1/2 full so I know that wasn’t true. Had to run drop cords 3 rooms over and up to 2nd floor room and unable to close door at night. Been staying here for years along with other tournament fishermen but this place has went down hill in last few years. Will not be back !!

It really didn't matter, but I reserved a King and when I checked in, not only was there no King, there was no Queen. got two Fulls. Like I said, didn't really matter but for others that could be frustrating (especially if it was a couple).

The people checking me in were great. The accommodations are just adequate. The bathroom was not pleasant. The walls were dirty and needed painting. I tried to take a bath but the water ran out of the tub almost as fast and it ran in. The faucet was just a pipe sticking out of the wall. I won’t stay here again.

People sitting around in vehicles & suspect a drug environment. I made a poor choice. Standing water in hallways. Huge area of unemptied trash cans at top of stairs. Roach on bedside table. Notifying local health department inspection. Was not welcomed or thanked by front desk staff.

You get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting a five-star experience but I didn't expect the ceiling to leak. The staff was fantastic and moved me to another room (a much better one!) right way, but it was clear the hotel knew the first room leaked when they put me in it right before a big storm.

This was the dirtiest hotel motel I’ve ever been in. The blankets and everything especially in a smoking room, need to be washed all the time. I feel like I still smell like the hotel room. It was filthy.

Room condition was not great. Furniture and mattresses left a lot to be desired. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, electrical outlets wouldn’t hold the plug into it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Light breakfast had more items than anticipated. No problems with noise

Worst motel I have ever been in. Roaches crawling, toilet rocks, uncomfortable beds, nasty tub, no coffee maker in the room and television had line through middle of screen and no sound. We will NEVER stay there again! Room reservation was a bust. Failed to have the room we specified, it had already been rented out. Terrible experience!

Poor service
I reserved a king bed. It plainly said smoking. I get to the hotel they tell me we have no smoking room available. I said well I reserved a smoking. She said we have no smoking available. So I took it own my own terms to smoke in a room that smelled like smoke to begin with. So I get home and I was charged a extra $160 for a cleaning fee because of a room that the floors were dirty. My feet was black from filth and going to charge me that much. I won't be back.

The beds are extremely comfortable! The room was clean for what it was. The room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. There were water stains on the ceiling, and everything looked extremely dated despite an obvious bathroom facelift. She's no show pony, but for the price it will do for a decent night's sleep. With a little loving the place could be a gem.

Smoking
Requested and reserved two Non-smoking rooms for my family. Requesting non-smoking rooms as members of our family have asthma related health issues. Upon very late check in (1am) further inquired that the room were non-smoking, non-smoking was confirmed to me by reception. Upon entry into both rooms it was apparent that these rooms were not non-smoking and the stench of cigarettes was horrible. Having no alternative but to stay the night we checked out the following day. My son had to use his inhaler most of the night with the rest of us having difficulties breathing. The room were fraudulently rented under severe false pretense. Am patiently awaiting refunds for the Sat and Sun nights that we did not lodge there.

Roaches,across floor and night stands. Had to spray and then live with the smell. Football weekend room cost almost $200.

AC was very loud. TV cut on and off constantly. We were next to the cleaning crew room and they left all their carts and dirty linens pilled in front of our room making it difficult to exit or enter. Breakfast options were minimal. overall terrible experience

We have stayed here for the last 3 years. This year it was cleaner than in other years. We loved the friendliness of the staff. The new manager is doing a great job. We’ll be back next year during either Sept or Oct for a Clemson game! So happy to see fall decorations everywhere .

Roomed seemed mostly clean but smelled like cigarette smoke. Furniture was worn (holes in chairs, cigarette burn in blanket, paint peeling). We booked a room for 5 people, but there was only 2 double beds and they charged extra for a rollaway that seemed to have been folded up with what looked like previous occupants sheets and blanket still in it. There were LOADS of palmetto bugs crawling all over the walkways and overhang. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.
