立地はとにかく良いですが、ゲストハウスなので施設の清潔さとかは求めない方が良いです。隣人の騒音はありますが、気にしない方ならおすすめです。女性の一人旅はあまり向かないかも知れません。オーナーさんらしき人はフレンドリーでよかったです。

It's a really basic area. I stayed in a room with two beds, but it was more like a raised area from the floor with two mattresses. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and serves as a shower too.

5人で予約したのに4人分の布団、タオルしか用意されていなかった しかもそのタオルの数枚はカビだらけで、ここのタオルを使うことは怖くてできなかった 床も掃除がされていないのか髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた まず近くのダイソーで掃除道具を買って掃除しないといけないレベル エレベーターがないので帰りは重たいキャリーを降ろすのが大変 ただ立地はとてもいい コンビニ、eマート、ダイソー、オリヤンが近くにある 新村駅、空港行きのバス停もめっちゃ近い

기대없이 잠만잔다면 위치도 좋고 은근 꿀잠각임
사진과 같으나 전반적으로 낡고 망가짐 망가진 블라인드와 신발신고 이용하는 실내에 당황 의외로 침대가 엄청 편해서 꿀잠 바스락거리는 이불이 시끄럽다고 느꼈지만 또 은근 포근하고 보온이 매우 잘됨 근데 환기가 잘 되는 창문이 있는건 매우 만족했으나 난방이 약해서 밤새 너무 코가 시려웠음 신촌역과 엄청 가까워서 좋음 숙소에서 잠만 잘거라면 강력추천

A divulgação não corresponde a realidade. Estado de conservação a desejar e falta de apoio/assistência durante a hospedagem. A pia do banheiro tinha um vazamento na parte de baixo, que caia a água suja no pé. Foi oferecido café da manhã no anúncio, mas não localizei nenhum vestígio desse café da manhã, nem encontrei ninguém durante a hospedagem, pra ter informações sobre isso e outras coisas.

I liked the location. On walking distance of my daughter and underground. Very noisy, not clean and extremy hot . But i must say it was not expensive either.

It is good priced for solo traveller, but the cleanliness of the hostel is my concern. The linen and bedsheets are full of dirts and even blood marks. Luckily it seems there are no bed bugs(or maybe I didn’t notice). Also it is awful that there is hot water for shower under -10 degrees, the hot water supply is not stable.

立地が、地下鉄新村駅8番出口から100mぐらいで eマートもあり至極便利。部屋はコシオン的です。設備は古い感じがしました。虫も発生。値段からすればお得感はあります。隣り部屋やトイレ等の音はすべて聞こえます。韓国ではアルアル。

생각보다 괜찮았습니다
게스트하우스는 처음 이용해보았습니다. 서울 가족나들이 1박이라 비싼 호텔에 예약하자니 비싸서 목적지와 완전 가까운 곳으로 선택하였는데 방 컨디션이 나쁘면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 생각보다 1박정도는 무난했던것 같습니다 4인가족 두베드에 화장실 하나, 티비도 있고, 이불, 베개 상태도 캐적했습니다. 다음에도 이용 할 수 있을것 같습니다

Ok...so it was cheap and in a good location, and those were the things that mattered most. Sinchon station is super close and that meant all of Seoul was accessible. Aside from that, the room was small, most of it was a plywood platform for the beds that was a little dingy. A lamp, coat stand/drying rack and side table were all broken, and there was mold in the caulk around the window and in the bathroom. The bathroom was a wet bath with just a sliding glass door separating it from the rest of the room, so I hope you're comfortable with your roommate. Standing room for one person only. Additionally, I only saw somebody at reception one time. Maybe they worked there, maybe they walked in off the street. Who knows. No security (but Seoul is generally safe). Check in involved calling and picking your keys out of the check out basket. Check out involved throwing your keys in the check out basket. I did see cleaning staff a couple of times, so rooms ARE being cleaned between guests. No daily cleaning, which is fine for a guest house. I did not see bedbugs or get bites that I noticed. Walls are paper thin. Heard somebody having a "good time" all night long three rooms away. Street noise through the window. Not accessible for those with disabilities- walk up several flights only. What else can be said about it? It just depends on your travel priorities.

가성비와 위치가 아주 좋지만 엘리베이터가 없는게 크리티컬
가성비와 위치가 주변 기타 숙박시설에 비해 아주 좋긴 했으나, 객실이 운용되는 3층-6층 건물인데 엘리베이터가 없음;;; 2층에 캐리어 보관하는 곳이 있긴 하나 역시 불편하고 부담되는데, 이런게 예약할때 확인이 어려운 점이 또한 문제다. 그리고 방 창문 밖으로 보이는 전망이 과히 좋지 않은데 거기에 고양이 시체까지 보이고 있으면 기분이 아주 안좋아진다. 아무리 숙박시설 구역이 아니라곤 하지만 말라비틀어진걸 보면 죽은지 꽤 된 듯 한데 그래도 처리를 해놓아야하는게 아닐까?
