Hotel Recomendable
Hotel muy bien ubicado, a unas cuadras de la calle peatonal y del malecón. El personal es muy amable y servicial, aunque su inglés no es muy bueno. la habitación es muy amplia y con todos los servicios.

Bueno para estar una noche para ir al aereopuerto, sólo q el servicio de traslado al aereopuerto esta condicionado a horarios y después tienen un costo alto. Retirado del aereopuerto. Todo lo demás bien.

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el Bund.
El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, ya que puedes llegar caminando al Bund y a la Nanjing Road. Si quieres ir al MINT Club te quedá a una cuadra. El personal del hotel nada amable y muy serios, la verdad que dejan mucho que desear. La habitación estaba comoda pero he estado en mejores hoteles.

Buena relación precio calidad.
No está mal para pasar unos días. La habitación es enorme y cómoda. Mobiliario viejo y alfombra un poco manchada pero nada grave. El wifi es un desastre, solo es gratis en el lobby. La gente de la recepción no tiene la mejor onda, hice el check out sin mediar palabra de su parte, muchos no hablan inglés que me parece necesario para un hotel internacional.

Buen hotel
Es un buen hotel para parar en el centro de Shanghai, si bien está a unas cuatro cuadras de Nanjing road, la zona parece fea pero es muy segura y hay varios restaurantes que se come bien. Volvería al hotel

Nice and well located hotel
It is 5 minutes walking from the nearest subway station, which is quite a bit if you carrie heavy luggage. However it is well placed to go to all city atractions.

Buenas habitaciones
Es un hotel viejo, con interiores bonitos. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero la calidad y el servicio del personal es malo. El restaurante no es recomendable a menos que tengas mucha hambre. La zona es muy buena ya que se encuentra muy cerca del rio que es un MUST de conocer. Y su servicio de internet es pésimo

Muy agradable y cómoda, su ubicación es muy cómoda al estar cerca de los centros comerciales, bares, restaurantes. Los desayunos muy buenos.

El hotel está bien situado cerca del Bund y otros sitios de interés. El mantenimiento y las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas. Sin embargo, la atención de todo el personal ya sea en la recepción o en el restaurante es muy deficiente. En la recepción atienden de mala gana, no se preocupan por atender las necesidades específicas del huésped. Por ejemplo no se molestan por pedir un taxi y le dicen a uno que salga a la calle a buscarlo sin tener en cuenta que los taxistas no entienden inglés. En el restaurante del piso 31 (para el desayuno) la cortesía brilla por su ausencia. Más bien parece que los meseros y quienes atienden están contra el huésped. No dan el paso a los comensales, retiran los platos de la mesa sin que uno haya terminado de comer. La ubicación de restos de comida al lado de los recipientes de café y té causa repugnacia. En fin: aunque el desayuno es muy completo no es agradable estar allí principalmente por las personas que atienden. No lo recomendaría.

El hotel es viejo, debe ser renovado. El internet es muy lento. Los tapetes se ven muy sucios. El aire acondicionado no se podia regular. Baño extraño pero comodo.

Excelente Hotel, muy cerca de the Bund
A fines de agosto estuvimos hospedados en este magnífico hotel de Shanghai.La habitación fue confortable con unos muebles preciosos y muy limpia, es tal cual se muestran en la página.El desayuno es muy completo y el lugar es muy agradable con unas excelentes vistas ya que está en el piso 31.El personal es atento y servicial y el lobby muy bien decorado.Estamos muy conformes de haber elegido este hotel.Es una pena que no pueda dejar fotos en este sitio.

Lo mejor: La cercania del Bund
Es un hotel algo antiguo pero bien conservado. La situación es bastante buena y el metro está a 3 manzanas (chinas). El desayuno es mejorable pero hay de todo y en la planta 31 con unas vistas... A nosotros nos gustó mucho aunque solo pasamos una noche. Por cierto, nos dieron una Suite Business que estaba muy bien. Lo peor: No hay WiFi y eso es inconcebible.

Buen hotel, pero pésimo servicio
El Hotel es fenomenal casi un 5 estrellas diria yo, y el desayuno es bastante completo, no obstante el personal deja mucho que desear, no solo ya por no hablar practicamente inglés casi nadie, algo bastante común en China donde les importan 3 pepinos los extranjeros, sino también por el hecho de que no proporcionan ninguna ayuda al turista salvo que insistas y te pongas pesado.De los 4 hoteles en los que estuve en China, este fue el que más destaco por la inutilidad del personal

Excelente ubicación a 3 o 4 cuadras de casi todas las atracciones en Shanghai. Las habitaciones muy prolijas y el servicio de desayuno era muy bueno. Totalmente recomendable..!

Salvo hotel; muy bien ubicado cerca de tooodo, los cuartos muy amplios, y super limpios, el servivio de taxi en shanghai es barato, y frente al hotel hay un pequeño restaurante de comida cantonesa; delicioso y a muy buen precio

Great girl's trip!!!
Definitely a 5 star hotel with all the amenities. Really nice hotel and clean even though it is a little dated. Super great price. Stayed here for 3 nights with a friend while we were in Shanghai. Room was huge for the two of us and much better than what we had expected. Huge living room and king sized bed with a view of the Huangpu River and Pudong skyline with the Pearl Tower. There was complimentary water and toiletries everyday . Weather was rainey and foggy while we were there. The hotel also had two complimentary umbrellas in the closet for us to use while we were there. Location was close and near to the major attractions. Super close walk to transportation and the main roads. The bellman helped us get a taxi to the airport in the lobby. Good thing he did because I left my bag in the taxi when I got out and didn't get receipt. Luckily I called the hotel and the bellman knew which taxi company it was and was able to call the guy and have him come back to the airport with the bag intact. All in all, stay was great. 5 stars!!!

The Hotel is an older hotel but very comfortable and the location is very good close to peoples square and line 2. the rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. the street it is located on has a bunch of coffeehouses little shops and convenience stores.

Plenty of Bang for Your Buck
I was surprised at just how much I was able to get out of my nightly rate. It was practically a 3-room suite for the price of a cheap room on the Strip in Vegas.

Checking in to the hotel was a breeze. It cost about $180 (approx USD29.00) to get from Pudong International Airport to the hotel. Location was fine. It's about a 15mins walk to WaiTan and about 25mins walk to the main shopping area around Xin Tian Di. If you can read Chinese, download their own Goggle Map called BaiDuDiTu and walking around is a breeze (with the exception of the hot weather now, of course). As most of my meetings are within the vicinity, there is no need for me to take their subway. I would prefer walking compared to squeezing in the subway. Room deco is old, but room is big. Maybe I choose a bigger room. There is a separate area for working desk and bed, with a sliding door. Hotel staff were fine. I usually didn't bother with the housekeeping to make up the room, and the housekeeping staff on the 10th floor (where I stayed) came over looking pretty concerned that I keep having the Do not Disturb switch on. I got to assure her that its ok and I don't require anything else except some FOC coffee and bottled drinks. Overall happy with my selection.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber die gute Lage macht das alles wett. Von hier aus kann man die Stadt zu fuss erkundigen. Frühstück ist ok, nur Wlan ist sehr langsam.

Good location but poor bell service
The stay was nice in terms of value for money. The only reservation was the bell service when I checked out. The bell manager was kind enough to find a taxi for me. However he did not assist me in carrying 2 luggage bags downstairs to the taxi. For a so-called 5-star hotel, such negligence is unforgivable.

My friend and I were glad to find this hotel. The location was excellent and the hotel room had separate living room and bedroom, bigger than we thought. Though breakfast was not included, but there were many restaurant and food stores nearby.

Good Hotel close to the Bund
We booked for 2 nights which included breakfast, the room was huge, king size bed in one area, sitting room in the middle and a bathroom which included a spa bath and power shower. View of the Bund and Pudong from the window. Great hotel, reasonable priced in a really good location.

very friendly staff
We stayed for 3 nights in an 50 sqm room. Very friendly staff that let us check out at 3pm instead of the usual 12am. Very quiet and convenient to everything.

Business Zimmer sind groß und haben einen Vorraum und ein Schlafzimmer. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es kein WiFi, aber es gibt leitungsgebundenes Internet. Nachdem wir bei der Abreise nach einem Taxi gefragt haben, hat uns der Mitarbeiter eindringlich um ein Trinkgeld gebeten. Das ist in Asien vollkommen unüblich.

設備がよくなっていました。
お風呂がリニューアルしてある部屋に泊まりました。 バスとトイレの間に仕切りがあり、シャワーとバスタブが一つの範囲にありました。 バスタブも広く、ゆっくりとお風呂に入りたい日本人にはいいかも知れません。 部屋でのネット設備は、有線LANだけでなく無線LANの両方が使えました。
