Buena estancia
Personal muy amable y hotel muy bien cuidado. Jardines y piscinas muy limpias y poca aglomeración de gente. Importante tener en cuenta que es un resort muy grande en el que de una zona a otra se coge un bus lanzadera, no es un problema porque pasa continuamente cada 15 minutos. Es importante también revisar muy bien que la reserva esté muy bien hecha (dia/numero personas/categoría/tipo pension...) puesto que se aprovechan de cada error para cobrarte una fortuna. Lo recomiendo.

World class resort facilities
We thoroughly enjoyed the Sunrise. It is a new, well maintained facility with a wide variety of food outlets, pools and a great beach with amazing snorkelling right at your front door. Service overall is very good. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would return here if I ever make it back to Sharm.

Maravillosa, el mejor resort de mi vida
Trato exquisito del personal, todos los días teníamos como 6 botellas de agua nuevas de cortesía nuevas todos los días. Los de limpieza nos dejaban esculturas preciosas hechas con tohallas.Habitación y baño enormes y preciosos. Mención especial a Ragad el socorrista y a Amgad el de las hamacas, gracias por el trato. El reef de la playa del hotel impresionante.

El hotel nos ha encantado,tanto las habitaciones como el servicio,como la animacion,tiene un reef para hacer snorkel espectacular donde vimos mantas rayas,morenas,peces escorpion y millones de peces de colores.el unico pero que le pondria son las escaleras que hay que subir o bajar. pero en general un 10

We really enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort. The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful apart from a few that jokingly suggest you give them tips which makes you feel uncomfortable. The reason we don’t give this 5 star is because the staff around the hotel constantly trying to sell you stuff. They will have no qualms waking you up whilst you sleep to then try to sell you their service; they pretend to be interested in you and friendly and when you say no they quickly show their true character and have no interest in you. The hotel need to protect their guests from this type of behaviour and unfortunately I think we would search for a hotel that didn’t have this issue next time we stay in Sharm.

The service is second to none. The staff really look after you. The facilities are excellent. The pool area is very quiet. The gym is well equipped with the gym manager Mohammed happy to help with a spot if need be. I would return.

We LOVED our stay at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort! Couldn't fault a thing. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! (especially the fresh meat and fish from the grill, and pancakes for breakfast!) I guess because it was the lower season the resort was quieter than normal, which was great for us! We made use of all the pools and even decided to be big kids and try the slides (very fun). We'd recommend going to the on-site dive centre to book a boat trip with snorkelling. We took a speedboat to Tiran Island and saw the most amazing variety of fish. It's rare I want to revisit a place as I always like exploring new areas, but I would definitely come back to this hotel. Don’t stay here unless you want your property stolen from your room. I had an Apple Watch taken from my room! When I mentioned this to staff they told me that they could not find the person who took the watch but would refund me for my stay. Months have passed and they refuse to refund the stay or compensate me for the stolen property.

Dear Mr. Jose,Sunny greeting from our delightful SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort- Grand Select-Please be informed that , on October 15th you send us an email sated that you didn't find you apple watch , although your check out date was October 14th , so you discovered the case of losing the apple watch at your Home day after the check out date . after we investigate the case , our colleague Mr. Mohamed Moawad( Front office Manager ) replied your email stating that , unfortunately we didn't find your apple watch in the room or even in the safe box which was left open by your good self , nobody from the hotel promised your good self that you will be refund you for your stay , as we have no fault from our side .Thank you for your review . Veldig bra sted. Rent og velstelt overalt. God service og god mat. Bra for snorkling. God sikkerhet med badevakter både ved sjøen og ved bassengene. Godt oppvarmede basseng (30 grader). Veldig fint nå i januar selv om sjøen fremdeles er 24 grader.

Not a 5 star hotel
Based on the reviews I was expecting a lot better than what we experienced. The structure is pretty old. People that work on the property are very nice and try to be very helpful but the place lacks a lot to be considered a 5 star. Aside from the place being older and not maintained well, which is something you can put up with if the quality of the service is good, the worst part was the food very sub par. I think this was by far the worst all inclusive experience I had. We end up going out to dinner every night cause the restaurants in the property and the buffet weren't good. Also they are very pushy with selling activity and services but I noticed that as a theme in Sharm overall so expect to be bother on that.

My family of 4 stayed at Sunrise for 8 nights in December throught he New Year. The property is huge and beautiful! Staff work hard to keep guests entertaining with tons of activities aside from the pool and snorkeling. The property is gorgeous. There are flowers everywhere and everything is pritone and clean. Its unbelievably that the hotel can service so many guests at this level. When they say all inclusive they mean it. There is ample food and drink at every turn. Food at the main restaurant is yummy and plentiful and there are 4 a la carte restaurants that you can dine in (also inclusive). Cons: 1) No beach. Photos are deceptive. There is no beach so you need to bring water shoes because the propertytakes you directly into coral. The red sea os crystal clear, you can see fish from the shore. Snorkels and equipment is not included so bring you own. 2) while there are a ton of dining options on the property its near impossible to get a reservation at the restaurants. We only got 1 reservation the entire time. I felt very disappointed-- we even tried calling the concierge but they didnt help. We were sick of the main buffet restaurant selection by the end of our stay and had to leave the property to get some variety. 3) Filty bathrooms. The family room is no frills. Theres no decore and rhe bathrooms have alot of mildew. The hotel is relatively new but somehow the bathrooms look dated and dirty.

One of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh, best stuff, best location, best service, best people, this is my 1 million stay in this hotel and i will never change it with another hotel in sharm el sheikh

The property was amazing and we had the room which was part of the Royal Club with butler Service. A special shout out goes to Nour who was our butler and made the most amazing surprise dinner for my wife by the beach side. Another worthy mention to all the following you went above and beyond for us: Royal club: Tarek Mohammed Tamer Abhdul altaweb Oasis pool: Lifeguard Ahmed Yusef waiter Muhammad waiter Nour Ahmed from housekeeping Atlawab Just can not fault the hotel because even the kid activities and beach was amazing. The choice of multiple pools and assistance at the pool by the waiters was phenomenal ! definitely would visit again

Highly recommend
Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality we experienced set the tone for our entire vacation. The staff are all amazing and kind and a special shoutout to Mr. Karam and also to Mr. Tarek Wardy, the service manager, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Because of him, our families felt like real royalty! The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was delicious, and the views? Breathtaking! We made so many wonderful memories here. Can't wait to reserve it for next year. If you're looking for the perfect vacation spot, this is it! Highly recommend! 👍

It was great!! The best and most efficient service in the 40 degrees heat was the bus service which takes you from one pint to another as the resort is massive! The food buffet at the dinner was spectacular, very fresh and tasty! The best was the piping hot local breads (Baladi) made by Ahmed. Fantastic stay!
