Good motel
Clean and economical. Room had refrig and microwave. Dog friendly. It was a one night stay and it was easy to access and depart.

Nice and clean, the room was a little odd and the place is old,,too bad the pool is out of comision. I would stay there again if I needed a place close.

One night stay
The motel is not too far from the freeway exit. It is as expected for the price, although a bit outdated. The front desk is very accommodating and will wait for your late arrival as needed, just make sure to let them know ahead of time.

Very disappointed in this former favorite place to stay - the upkeep on the place and attention to customer detail is just nowhere near what it used to be. Guess we'll still have our memories of the better years...

This is a great hotel for under $100. It is Ma and Pa owned and has a Route 66 vibe to it and I liked the location of this motel. It is located right off the exit on Interstate 5, gas stations and food a block up the street. There is no riff raff near this moteI and it is very safe to stay here. I parked my vehicle just a couple of steps from my room and the room was large with ammenities, coffee maker, refrigerator and wi fi. The heat is central air and is great for Mt. Shasta winters. I can't wait to visit this place in the summer. Ma and Pa hotels are the best.

There was 3 or 4 guys sitting around the property and being 3 woman and the only ones there it was kind of creepy. The property didn't look at all like the pictures. It was pretty worn down and the beds were old. The windows were screwed shut.

Nice little location right next to McDonald's to grab something to eat and get back on the freeway this place is great just for somebody that needs to have a couple days to catch up on some rest.

This is a remote location. Feeling safe in a hotel/motel room is a priority. Several of the window's locks didn't work, I didn't feel safe in this location. There was a black stain on the pillowcase that looked like mold. The shower door didn't close all the way and had my mom been traveling with me this trip, she would not have been able to fit in the tiny area of the toilet. The price was enticing, it was pet friendly and quiet but I'll pay a little more for safety and cleanliness and stay elsewhere next time.

Front desk people were very rude & said he wasn't going to charge for the dog & did anyways. Made us put down a $200 deposit, cash only. It was very dirty, bugs in the bathroom. Stained sheets & pillow cases. Overall disgusting & not worth the money & time.

Get what you pay for.
It is a motel that is worth the price, stay wasn’t bad. Sink and counters were dirty but otherwise was pretty clean and decent. It’s definitely a get what you pay for kind of place. Beds were not comfortable at all! I was so hopeful with the reviews that we would have a comfortable place to sleep, my husband referred to it as the Flinstones bed(made out of stone) it was rock hard and difficult for my heavily pregnant self to get comfortable to sleep. Bathroom is very tight. It is also right on the edge of the highway so it can get pretty loud with the semi trucks rolling through. Again, it’s more of a get what you pay for kind of thing, the frogs in the stream out back were nice to listen to at night, the staff were friendly and we were left alone, which was what we were looking for so overall not too bad.

Nice little place right by the highway but i didn't notice any car noises over my a/c. Lots of parking. Good place to stop for the night

Kind of unhappy at the hotel but had amazing time at Shasta Lake
When we got there the owner was kinda sketchy we went to the lake took a shower Ask for 2 more towels he said 2 people 2 towels I thought that was very rude then later he seen us out and brought us 2 towels and 2 pillows is upello's I just think he was a little bit prejudice at that point my boyfriend was black and I am white

This is an older motel with old fashioned amenities. The staff are great and responsive and the room was very clean. This place is a great value.

It’s an older motel but was clean. It had a kitchenette I was expecting. I liked the outside area for dogs and they didn’t charge much for their stay. I didn’t like the freeway noise.
