“Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All staff extremely smiley and helpful. Lovely big room with coffee maker, hairdryer, desk fan. Milk, biscuits, caramel wafers and tunnocks tea cakes to help yourself to on each floor in the corridors. Breakfast was served by lovely young members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely return”

“Wonderful room with a view of the gardens, felt very luxurious, thank you, however, the stay was slightly let down by having prepaid for breakfast, then having to select an early breakfast time the following day due to event taking place. Due to the times available, the breakfast was missed.”

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”
