住過好多次，今次最差，一入房就見牆上畫只掛一半，掉了一半，真的有點擔心睡到一半掉下來被壓到，而廁所更好笑，兩瓶洗髮精和一瓶護髮素，沒有沐浴露，冰箱也鎖著不給用，品質越來越差

Check in 三兩分鐘就攪掂, 我攞網上付款確認單服務員都唔駛睇, 即刻升級比左11樓我住, 而且我自備電話叉線, 佢地即刻好醒咁借叉機比我仲送埋上房添, 好貼心! 服務唔錯! 房間整潔, 仲有付費叉電機及3種叉頭供選擇, 唔記得帶線都無問題! 沖涼花灑大頭, 水壓大, 沖得幾舒服, 洗護髮, 沐浴露, 梳都齊備, 但就無鬚刨。 電視大得黎節目都係高清的, 好多台任君選擇! Check out都好快手, 住過咁多次都仍然覺得性價比算高。

Couldn't find hotel booking.
Hotel had trouble finding my booking, i had to make an overseas call to Hotels.com to verify, added cost to my phone bill. Thankfully, hotels.com reacted and clarified the matter for me.

noisy and dirty.. 별로 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔 소음이 심하고 식당 위생도 엉망임... 접근성도 좋지 않음. 별로 인 호텔...

房間整潔，早餐差劣
間房好黑，不過夠大，大致整潔。 雖然睇地圖都算近關口，但係其實上上落落都要20分鐘先行到。 早餐送都唔好食，真係超難食。

方便整潔的酒店
酒店房間升級了給我, 在高層, 很大的房間,很大的浴室, 牀單清潔,很舒適, 但WIFI在一分鐘便斷線,早餐是基本食物, 我食素的, 所以很滿意, 起碼有新鮮咖啡

予想以上に駅から遠く携帯のナビがなかったらたどり着けてなかったかも。。ホテル自体は悪くないが、中国人向けのホテルという印象。

GOOD LOCATION ... BUT ....
Stayed this Hotel November 2016. Well located in downtown Shenzhen - close to everything. Hotel itself a little old and dated - but the Balcony Rooms a good size and basically well kept. The breakfast totally forgettable - so don't bother paying the extra for breakfast inclusive. Go across the road and get something decent! Otherwise ... a reasonable experience that didn't leave a lasting impression!!

Reasonable hotel with good spa
Always a pleasant stay at Hongfeng, not anything luxury but fine, the rate is reasonable and the spa downstairs is quite lovely!

不會再入住！
因工作需要，已經入住多次，但今次很失望！ 首先check in時找不到我登記資料，要呆站呆等了差不多半小時，後來更要求我再付款，我出示收據後先有另一位職員協助找到我紀錄。 上到房，冷氣不夠凍，熱到出汗！換另一間房，沒有沐浴牙刷之類提供，要找前枱補回，浴室未清潔乾淨，地上及淋浴間有頭髮！ 第二日check out又被要求徵收安全套及甚麼護理液費用，我兩位出差女生用甚麼安全套呢？前枱職員不肯退回按金！我已經不想再爭持下去，便說就算那盒安全套不見了，也不用四百元人民幣吧！？職員說有“服務費”，這根本是騙財！心想算自己倒楣，後來有另一位房務員致電前枱說是另外一個同時check out的房客搞混了，是他們用了，不是我的房間，前枱職員衹說房務員說錯，一句道歉都沒有，放下四百元在枱上便轉身向另外房客收錢 縱使地點方便，但這樣的服務態度不能接受，不會再選擇這間酒店入住！

工程人員到房間check冷氣，只有24 5 度，不夠冷氣還說夠！換房間要工程人員確定，說笑嗎！

前枱登記慢，過程兩位員工不斷傾計，十分唔專業。訂嘅係花園房，去到話無晒花園房，免費升級商務房，我訂花園房係因為睇相覺得有特色，大佬呀，無房嘅我訂黎做乜？所謂嘅升級同普通房無分別，你話係總統套房都得啦。 Wi-Fi連成10次先得，仲要龜速，形同虛設。 張床好Q硬，好似訓上塊紙皮咁。 總括除左地理位置好之外都無乜好。

Tæt på alt i LuoHu
Tæt på alt i Luohu. Der skal dog forventes lidt gåtur fra de forskellige stationer, da hotellet ligger lige midt imellem stationerne. Hotellet er ok, men bærer præg af at være slidt. Udover det skal man da også være forberedt på, at de oplysninger der står hos Expedia ikke er helt opdaterede! F.eks. kan nævnes at WIFI var gratis, og ifølge Expedia kunne det komme til at koste penge. Depositum er ikke på RMB300 men på RMB400.

・場所はいいと思います。ただ、Expediaの地図（Google Maps）のホテルの場所が間違っているようです。ホテルの公式サイトに載っている地図をタクシーの運転手に見せるのがおすすめです。 　本件に限らず中国ではGoogle Mapsがブロックされ使えないので、百度地図をインストールしておくと便利です。 ・ホテルのスタッフはあまり英語が上手ではありませんが、最低限の意思疎通はできます。 ・部屋も清潔感あってよかったです。

同男朋友北上過週末，整體滿意，普通房都有露台，可食煙，房冷氣夠凍，浴室係企缸，略嫌光綫較暗，雪櫃唔凍，早餐評論太差無試，但床舖乾淨無跡，以四百入住好值得，so far 滿意。

Them smokers done skunked this fine establishment
The hotel is great for the price, it is surrounded by delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainments, the best location in Shenzhen. The hotel staff is very helpful. The only problem is that the hotel does not enforce their nonsmoking policy, even when the front desk was notified, no action was taken from the management, the smokers continued to smoke at nonsmoking floors, it's pretty gross to say the least! We certainly understand that some unculturaled Chinese customers are careless regarding other people's health, the management shouldn't!
