We regret to hear that your stay with us is inconvenience and we already looked through all of you issue since you were staying with us and already handled properly during your stay. We actually offer free water and free bikes for you during stay. You have requested more than our limitation but we tried our best to serve you as much as we can and even beyond the limitation to ensure you enjoy your stay with those benefit as the exceptional case. Our continental breakfast, we have option croissants or pancakes, but after that we have side order if guest need more. They had booked room included breakfast, we did charge from guest. We accept that our WiFi connection is low signal in some part inside the hotel and we have worked out with our team to fix. You have booked Studio Suite with balcony pool view Room. We regret to hear that you cannot get the right room with what you have paid. Because we just finish room renovation on September 2017 and the room you have booked have been converted to our Premier Room with concept of modern design, comfortable, and privacy stay. You have checked in that room and were satisfied room very nice and bigger than Studio Suite with balcony pool view. Deals of refund some amount have been agreed in order ensure you have paid to the right room. Hope that you have well received those amounts from your travel agent. Happy guest customer is our pride. And we need to do all of our best to ensure that the entire customers are enjoying their stay with our best customer services experience.
