Buena hotel
El hotel está muy bien ,el servicio a la altura del hotel, las habitaciones muy comodas,el baño es de un 10,lo unico malo fue que en mifecha de estancia estaban haciendo obras en la zona de la piscina creo que estaban ampliando el hotel. Pero eso no fue impedimento para utilizar la piscina.

Renueven los asientos del inodoro
Habíamos elegido una habitación Landmark, superior a la DeLuxe. Comprobamos que la TV no funcionaba puesto que los enchufes donde estaba conectado el decodificador no tenían corriente, en las especificaciones tenía vistas a la piscina y en la segunda planta en esa habitación los frondosos árboles superaban la terraza. El asiento del inodoro estaba muy viejo. A la mañana siguiente pedimos el cambio de habitación y nos indicaron que esa tarde nos harían un upgrade a una suite. Nos llevaron a la nueva habitación, con un baño reformado y aunque en la primera planta con vistas a la piscina. Quedamos conformes, aún a sabiendas que esa habitación era de inferior categoría (DeLuxe), y no una suite como pretendieron hacernos creer. El asiento del inodoro casi igual de viejo... Contratamos los circuitos para visitar los templos y tanto el guía Sam, como el conductor, Phiset (no sé cómo se escribe) fueron profesionales pero el precio pagado es excesivo, por lo que recomiendo buscar otras alternativas. Desayuno con mucha variedad donde elegir, pero la fruta es mediocre. Piscina buena donde poder refrescarte. Precios en bebidas y comidas altos. Gracias a Kiri por el trato recibido en todo momento.

Hotel de lujo
Muy bueno!! Realmente un hotel de lujo. El desayuno buffet es bastante extenso como para todos los gustos y muy rico. La atención impecable, siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Con un tuk tuk de 2$ puedes ir al centro. Siempre hay tuk Tuks en la parte de afuera del hotel esperando. Se los recomiendo 100%.

Problemas constantes con la electricidad La comida a la carta del restaurante muy de media calidad y muy cara para lo que ofrecen. Los bufetes del desayuno muy buenos. Personal súper atento y cercano.

Amazing hotel and the best spa!
Sokcheat was a wonderful host, he helped us with an early check inn and a beautiful honeymoon surprise arranged in our room. At the spa Pek managed to provide a welcoming setting and it was definitely the highlight of our honeymoon, we tried the signature massage and got a coupon for another one! Best news ever, we had a four mands massage also and it was perfect DO NOT MISS THIS SPA, it is one of the best if not, THE BEST we have ever been to.

Mejor hotel imposible!!!
El viaje fue increíble!!! Y gran parte de eso fue que el hotel fue perfecto para nosotros! Empezando por el excelente servicio del personal, de bienvenida te dan cócteles y toallas humedas, disculpándose por hacernos esperar 5 minutos!la gerente de servicio es súper linda!!!! Además les platicamos que íbamos de luna de miel, y nos enviaron a la habitación una botella de cortesia! El servicio personalizado, conocían nuestros nombres, nuestro número de habitación y todo el personal te atendía con una gran sonrisa! Las habitaciones espaciosas limpias y con todo lo necesario, un verdadero hotel de lujo a un precio accesible!! El hotel cuenta con tuk tuks al servicio las 24 horas, y el chofer que nos tocó para todo el viaje fue amable y accesible! Mr. nony del #10. A solo 5 minutos del centro y al mismo tiempo fuera del bullicio de los turistas! No pudimos quedarnos en mejor hotel!!!!

Muy buen servicio y atención, pero supongo que va de la mano de la misma calidez humana de los Camboyanos. Las instalaciones del hotel son un tanto antiguas y obscuras, pero las tienen bien conservadas. El buffete del desayuno incluido es bastante bueno, aunque los precios a la carta para comer o cenar son altos. La zona de alberca es buena y cuenta con un SPA que también tiene buen aspecto. A mi juicio, le daría 4.5 estrellas.

Un excelente hotel.
Estuve de luna de miel, un hotel muy agradable, el precio excelente para la atención y el trato que tuvieron con nosotros, sin duda regresaría. La comida muy buena en el restaurante, una excelente ubicación, la habitación que nos dieron era una suite de lujo, se ven ligeramente desgastadas las habitaciones pero sin duda si regresaría a ese hotel.

The staff at Borei Angkor are the main reason that we are giving this property an "excellent" rating. They were so friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them, Ms Seyha and Mr Bunna (our chauffeur) need a special mention. The hotel rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated in the local style and the bathroom even had a claw foot tub! The breakfast spread was amazing. Overall a real five star experience without the usual five star arrogance and price point. What is not to like!! I would definitely stay here again for any future visit.

This property was beautifully manicured, clean & the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great with a variety of local and international options. Response to an issue (tv remote was not working) was instant. O my birthday I was pleasantly surprised with a cake and beautifully decorated bed! The spa impressively accommodated my 8:30am request for a massage by 9:40am. I highly recommend this property

We loved our stay at Borei Angkor Hotel and Spa! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the property was absolutely beautiful. We also booked an amazing walking tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel. And the spa is incredible! We would absolutely stay here again.
