Increíble hotel, muy elegante y cómodo. Esta en el interior del aeropuerto, ideal para conexiones largas o estar cerca del aeropuerto. Muy recomendado!!

Nice hotel with good location, quiet room and good breakfast. Very convenient to go to the nearby attractions such as Jewk shopping mall, Jewel Changi Airport (just 0.2 miles) and Butterfly Garden (0.2 miles).

今回は2泊の旅だったので、利便性を考えてこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。プール横の部屋は開放感があり大変居心地がよかったです。あいにく雨と雷だったのでプールは入れなかったのですが、そのかわり朝夕ラウンジを利用できたので楽しめました。空港直結ホテルということもあり、飛行機のチェックイン時間ギリギリまで遊べました！またぜひ利用したいです。

The room was well-appointed and quite comfortable. However, there was a flashing green light (I think the smoke detector?) that woke me up and kept me awake many time during the night. Then, when I tried to have a shower, there was no hot water. I tried running the water for a very long time but it never heated up and the drain was not clear as the water started to go all over the bathroom floor. Ruined what was otherwise a very nice hotel in a great location for travelling (i.e., connected to Changi airport and the Jewel shopping center and waterfall)

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the airport next to the waterfall vortex at the Jewel. Hotel room at an amazing view of the tarmac and planes. Room was super comfortable and pool was spectacular

As a transit passenger, it was an easy walk from the T3. The check-in was smooth, the accommodation was perfect. Breakfast was great.

It's at the airport itself so it super convenient if you have an early flight the next day also so many food options and things to do at the airport and very easy to hop on mrt and head towards the city.

Excellent location off of and connected to T3. Rooms very efficiently laid out. Jewel rooms in excellent condition. Cost to get to and back from Marina Bay/ Orchard road areas around SGD$25-35 and 25-30 min.

I booked this hotel because it’s the one closest to the Changi Airport. You really don’t have to get out in the heat to get to your terminal. The hotel itself is the best since they will provide you with whatever kind of pillow you want. The staff are also very courteous and attentive.
