La propiedad luce vieja, ya se nota en su carpeta, la puerta de mi cuarto se atoraba y hacía muchísimo ruido al abrir y cerrar. Bien ubicada, está cerca de la salida a la carretera. Cerca a Walmart y a varios restaurantes.

This hotel is very run down and extremely noisy. From the fan, air conditioner and endless stomping and showers from the tweeker upstairs, we had constant noise. The beds are extremely hard and our first room had dirty sheets. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful tho. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again. It should be a $60 room. Not $130.

I walked into the room and almost ran into a chair, just opening the door the space where the ironing board and iron were supposed to be broken. The ironing board wasn’t fully collapsed for whatever reason there was tape up from when they painted there was paint on the shower curtain and the light switch and several other splatters other places The headboard was dusty. There was no clock. There was no TV guide.

Booked pet friendly and charged me 20 dollars per Dog when in the room it says 10 dollars per dog. The pipes were busted and there was no hot water for bathing, there was no soap, no shampoo. Breakfast has two slices of bread and some eggs that were not edible. Was very very disappointed. Not what I would expect for $140 Canadian. Will not be back.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I would never recommend anyone to this hotel. Our room was absolutely appalling if I was able to find another hotel for the weekend I would have left. The curtains were falling down, microwave needed cleaned, tub was extremely dirty & the comforter was stained. The best thing about the room was the refrigerator kept the drinks very cold.

When I went to check in they told me they moved my room to a pet room, which the furniture had stains and chewed up, stains on the bed and did not look like it was cleaned. Then it was told to me on the phone money per night for pets, at check in they had me pay more than what was told even after I told them I called to confirm and informed them of my two pets coming and didn’t relay any of this information to me. For paying over 100$ extra for my stay I would have expected the room to look and smell so much more better!!!

Not really satisfied
The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel needs a good cleaning and needs some major repairs. I had to switch rooms because of broken things, my blankets and towels had holes in them. The fridge didn’t work the microwave cabinet was broken. Lamps didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work, the shower was dirty, the air filters in the A/C unit were disgustingly dirty, bathroom door was broken and they taped and stapled it with office supplies. Breakfast was ok.

OUR STAY
Breakfast was good but milk was sour in both containers. Didn’t feel too good after I took a sip?😩 Bed was comfortable and nice shower. No Kleenex or extra TP. Curtain was partially off track and one lamp shade needs to be replaced. Overall our stay was fine with these minor details.

The general appearance was cute and modern. The facility was very dirty unvaccumed, floors were not swept, unmapped floors. Every horizontal surface had layers of dirt, vertical services were spotted with splash and finger prints. Upon arriving in our room it smelled and refrigerator was propped open and being defrosted. The smoke detector was beeping and the lock was falling off the wall. When we complained to the front desk we were offered another room to move to with no help from staff because there was only one staff on duty. We are elderly and mobility challenged so it was difficult at best. The beds were comfortable and we slept well in them.

Seemed like it needed updateded. Many of the lower level windows were cracked open and no screen covering them. Breakfast was not the best. Equipment was dated and didnt seem to work real well...ex waffle iron burnt the waffles, OJ machine leaked.

This property is typical of my experience with Choice Hotels properties. It is poorly maintaned; not clean or fresh smelling in the rooms or common areas; and the sense of being appreciated or cared for is utterly missing in every regard. When the toilet seat is so loose that it's about to fall off, the bathroom doors don't lock, lights don't work, electrical outlets no longer hold what's plugged into them, the security system for the entry doors is totally destroyed, and management is so cheap that they feel they must reuse and reuse the key card envelopes, you can tell customers are not the priority.

Love the front desk people however the rude loud knocking trying to open the door people at 9-10 in the morning when checkout is at 11 is VERY irritating. I was told I didn't have a sign on my door handle...ok where's the sign then? There wasn't nor has there ever been one the many times I've stayed there. I think that's the one thing that will get me to consider somewhere else if not changed. We know when checkout is, there's no need to be waking people up 2 hours prior!

The room was comfortable but crumbs on the nightstand, no coffee for the coffee maker. One package of sugar, etc was opened. I had to go to the deck because the tv wasn’t working. They walked into my room and flipped a switch for the tv to work. We could not take breakfast to the room.

Nothing like electrical wires exposed from the lamps on the wall. Holy screen and curtains. Puddy keeping the tub from leaking. Light in bathroom shutting off because the switch is on a timer (instead of the fan) and the fan is turned on by the rhe light switch- really fun getting out of tub in the dark and praying you do not fall to turn on light. Other than that it was good!

There are better cheap options!
The room smelled like a musty basement. The furniture was slightly and there was a dried booger wiped on the wall. The grate in the bathroom was hanging off. There is no food allowed out of the dining room and the staff sit and watch everyone eat. The door to the room had to be shouldered in order to open. Also... they don't provide washcloths. But in the grand scheme of things that wasn't a big deal. Plus the TV had a very large dark spot that impacted the ability to watch it. I've never stayed somewhere this trashy. Just dirty and gross.
