Dear Todd, thanks for staying with us and for your feedback. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay but I feel I must point out a few items regarding your comments. The ceiling fan is only a few months old and works perfectly fine. All 6 outlets in the room work as they should with 5 of them having the lower outlet controlled by the wall switch when you enter the room so you can turn the lights on prior to entering the room all the way. Our breakfast also offers hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit and we always offer at least 2 non-sweetened cereals. Also, our websites homepage states the hot tub is closed during the off-season and our season does not begin until Memorial Day weekend. Lastly, when you checked in early you stated most hotels have check-in times of 11:30am...this is simply not true and we did allow you to check-in over an hour prior to our advertised check-in time. Again, sorry you were not happy but we feel we needed to respond to your comments. Peace, Richard and the Coachlite Inn team!

We are sorry for the issues noted above and we want to let you know the electrician has just rec'd the 2 bath-fans we ordered and will be installing them this week. Your a/c is nearly brand new and when first turned on it goes to an energy save mode which turns on and off while it cools. By simply changing the mode to "cool" it runs at more normal intervals. Also, I can assure you every one of our rooms not only has the black-out drapes which you mentioned but they also have black-out blinds which provide maximum privacy.
