Happy customer
Lovely couple, lovely cosy room, lovely and warm throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend this to anyone. It's definitely on my list of hotels I would stay in again.

Great hotel in a great location.
The new owners have only been there since April 22 and are doing an amazing job. From the quality of the work completed in the breakfast area, you can tell this is going to turn a quaint, comy hotel into a high end place to stay. From the checking in, to saying goodbye they couldnt do enough for us. Parking may be an issue in the height of the summer, but we were lucky enough to get parked straight outside. The location is perfect with a 5 minute walk to the town or the beach. The new owners have only been there since April 22 and are doing an amazing job. From the checking in, to saying goodbye they couldn’t do enough for us. Parking may be an issue in the height of the summer, but we were lucky enough to get parked straight outside. The location is perfect with a 5-minute walk to the town or the beach. The room is more than adequate now and will be refurbished over the winter. Personally, I found the new mattress too soft and the new shower didn’t have the best pressure. Breakfast was delicious and a nice touch with the filter coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for a break.

prime located B&B with nice bed & breakfast.
The price comes with a comfortable bed and a very nice all day breakfast. The ensuit is abit smaller but usable. The shower water is slower than normal. Location is prime and east to access restaurants, beach and Main Street.

Some good, some not so good.
We had a pleasant stay here with a lovely breakfast and the perfect location. Only downsides were the mattress had seen better days and had very little support leading to a not so comfy night. When we arrived the land lady also moaned about how we booked our stay making us feel uncomfortable.

Nice, clean and friendly.
Only booked for a single night due to my wife working in the area for a day and not wanting the early start required to be there early enough the following day. Angie & Mick the owners were both very friendly and approachable. Service was good all round, room was clean, functional as well as being nice and warm even if the weather outside was the opposite. Drink making facilities in the room with ample storage space, en suite bathroom with a good supply of clean soft towels and toiletries. Bed was a little too soft but that's just personal preference. Good breakfast with ample choices. Close proximity to the centre of the town and the beach.

The Curtis review
The hotel is wonderful and owners cannot do enough to assist you. The breakfast is superb and you can ask for anything else and the owners are only too willing to provide what you want. The bedrooms are lovely and beds comfortable and very clean. Everything is provided for you I.e. towels and soaps and gels etc.

Excellant with great location
Very nice bed and breakfast, with great hosts,very good location with short walk to both pier and main attarcitons and also town centre. Very clean rooms and great breakfast service would defiantley stay here again and reccomend to all thanks for an excellant all round stay

Excellent guest house in Skegness.
I suppose this is a typical English guest house, but I was impressed. The room was charming and comfortable, and the owners seem to have gone to a lot of trouble to provide every comfort. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, and the "full English breakfast" was superb. It is located in a quiet street two blocks from the town centre.

Linroy Guest House - can't fault it.
Very good B+B, Angie and Mich run a great place for a great price, worth every single penny. Give me this type of B+B any day over some faceless chain hotel. Would certainly recommend to others. And you were right Mitch! It was alot quicker to go on the M62 than the A57. Not only do they run a fantastic B+B, they also give good advice on which way is quicker to go home! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, and if I'm in Skegness again, I would certainly go back! Cheers Richard (UKIP 2012 spring conference)
