"Although we were very pleased with the hotel and procing, the tv service was not acceptable. The internet kept stopping and scanning and saying searching, so could not watch. Not sure the issue we didn't ask it was late. Continental breakfast the coffee was actually cold. My husband has neuropathy so had no clue when he made for us. Only packaged creamer/sugar. They charged a $100 deposit which I felt a bit much since not a fancy hotel, very modest and simple. We were away 8 days and stayed...

"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. "The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"

"My wife, our baby, and I enjoyed this property. The location is great! Can be loud occasionally at night, and it only has street parking that is payment required, but to be in the city in your own flat. It's great! Easy to walk around the city. Loved using the amenities to make food, wash clothes. We were able to relax when it's raining or we're tired. Very nice space as well, with exposed brick and quality furniture pieces. "
