Customer service terrible. No skils no personality did care for Customers. At night so much noise couldn't sleep wife and myself. Never bother to ask see if we need it something or how was our stayed at the hotel.

No fue lo que vi en las fotografías del website del lugar nesecitan remodelarlo un poco , puertas rotas y muebles , nesecitan ponerle luces navideñas al hermoso árbol que el lugar tiene al entrar, se miraba apagado y sombrío en pleno tiempo navideño, lo bueno que era solo para una noche estaba limpio y front desk amable pero no lo recomendaria a mis amistades y familia.

Hola Paulina, Nuestra alfombra es cafe cierto, pero no por que sea de color cafe significa que esta sucia. El asco es ver que gente levante falsos. Disculpa que el color te dio mala impresion

The property looks fine online and from the outside. My room was strictly Motel 6 quality. Worn out office chair (cheap fabric was worn and missing pieces.) Old furniture and lamps. HVAC controls could only be operated while on my knees. the sliding glass doors opened up under a stairwell - lots of noise from people stomping down metal stairs. Food had been shutdown during COVID and never reopened.

Outdoor jacuzzi had green mold in bottom No elevator to access our 2nd floor room. We had to settle for a lower price 1st floor room as wife had recent knee surgery, cant climb stairs. EXPEDIA OWES US REFUND!

jacuzzi mold no Sr. we just passed our health inspection if that where the case we would of not passed. In the city of Solvang we are not required to have elevators with building with 2 levels, only for those who have more than 2 levels.

Room was nice, tho it would be nice to have a microwave. The website said breakfast was included, but when I got there was told that they hadn’t resumed offering breakfast. Does that mean since the pandemic, which has been over for well over a year by now?

I was very disappointed. It is at that far end of town, not within walking distance of anything but a local market. The TV is as old a flat screen as you can have and it is slow to do anything. The coffee maker was broken. A light sconce that should be outside instead of in was so loose it flipped upside down when touched (a fire hazard). It stated on the contract that thy serve some kind of breakfast and was told at check-in where it was supposed to be. When we went there, we were told by another employee that they don't serve breakfast and we should go find a restaurant. There are sliding doors to the pool area, so you have to have the curtains drawn at all times.Three stars is being generous.

Great stay! Good location, comfortable beds and decent rooms. The pool deck area was small and lacked good lounge chairs, but it was more than fine for the kids. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and we decided to stay another night! The only glaring issue was how horrible the lobby looked. It was a surprising contrast to the Inn's pretty and charming exterior. The lobby is desperate for a remodel!
