Buena opción familiar
Muy buen hotel, buen servicio y muy buena actitud de todo el personal. En realidad me faltó algo, no capta la esencia de Fiji, no tiene una playa razonablemente bonita así que no hay un gran diferenciador. Las instalaciones son muy buenas lo que mejora bastante la experiencia, comida promedio.

Bonito, habitación amplia, no playa.
La habitación super cómoda y amplia, con balcón, en hotel en general esta muy bien cuidado,como se puede ver en las fotos no hay playa entonces no esperen agarrar in bien bronceado aqui. Es un hotel para desconectarse de todo ya que no hay nada cerca.

Enjoyed staying here. It’s a slightly smaller resort than the first one we stayed at, which gave it a more intimate feeling. No land connection, so you have you be ferried in and out, but the system operates 24/7 and works well. We hired a car to both have the freedom to come and go, and to save money on transport for off resort activities. You can easily drive in Fiji if you’re from a country that drives on the left. Only negative really is that you can’t swim in the ocean here, you are limited to the pool. But all in all a very satisfactory property

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced over the past three days at the hotel on my first wedding anniversary. I encountered a series of issues that began with the discovery of a dead lizard on the bathroom floor, which remained unattended for over an hour. Subsequently, my requests for housekeeping services were not addressed for two hours or more. Additionally, calls made to room service and housekeeping went unanswered. The emergency button on the telephone was of no help!! So don’t rely on Hilton!! Also, the situation escalated further when someone entered my room without my consent and without a room service tag displayed outside my door. This invasion of privacy is unacceptable and deeply concerning. I must also highlight the false promises made by the staff, which have only added to my frustration and inconvenience. These incidents have marred my stay and have left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I urge you to investigate these matters promptly and take immediate corrective action to ensure such issues are not repeated.

The bad first: Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3.45pm. The first room was available immediately while we were told that the 2nd room was still being cleaned so we were asked to hang around in the other room. Our room was finally given to us at 5.45pm but luggage for both the rooms weren’t delivered till 6pm even after we called multiple times and told the staff we had to go out for dinner. We had to cancel our initial dinner plans due to the delay. There was no offer of a late check out at least as we were staying for 4 nights. The good: All staff were lovely. The buffet breakfast selection was really good. We had dinner there on 2 nights at the bar and grill plus the restaurant. Smaller serving sizes at the bar/ grill which was fine for us. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Pools and surrounding areas were always clean. This property is great if you don’t have to leave the place to go elsewhere as always getting on the boat to cross over can become a bit tiring. Our villas were almost at the end so we did a lot of walking from the jetty to the rooms and back.

The room was large, clean and comfortable but far from the reception area so I had to rely on a porter to help with my luggage. It took 45 minutes for them to pick up my luggage when I was checking out. Service was also limited at the buffet dinner. They seemed short staffed. The photos of the beach on the website are also misleading. The beach has black sand and the area around it is dirty. Dining options are limited and not cheap.

As such, on fine days we get the fair share of white sand as well as black sand & murky sea- water especially when there is rough seas and high tidal waves. This is quite natural, and we have no control over this matter. It is also disappointing to hear that you experienced service delays and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Property site was very nice, but the Buffett style food was really not very good and was very overpriced! Also, a bottle of water at the resort was $10 ... at the little market just up the road from the resort, a larger bottle of water costed less than $2. Felt fleeced when the departure bill was tallied up. But overall ... very nice place to stay and relax.

The staff was so friendly and so attentive… What an amazing place to stay… The grounds were well kept And the swimming pool was perfect…. The chefs were great… The variety of foods were delicious and plentiful… From the staff at the desk to the house cleaners to the maintenance people to the waiters and waitresses… And management… It was the best experience I’ve had, and I’ve been traveling around the world for quite Sometimes… All of These people were wonderful… The ladies that work in the spa doing the massages were the best… So so helpful….

The staff here are amazing, especially Faith and Sera. The meals are lovely and kept hot, with good variety for breakfast and the buffet dinners. The cocktails are delicious and they can make whatever you want. The pool is large and clean. Our only disappointment is the distance to get to other places for tours etc and the lack of a swimming beach. Perfect for couples but lacks a little for children.

We enjoyed our stay! The property highlight is definitely the pool and swim up bar - the pool gets sun all day, and there is always good music playing from the bar. Overall good vibes. The staff at the hotel were also great - always saying hi, and making sure you have everything you need. The a la carte restaurant had good quality food, however the buffet was not great for the nights that we were there. The one downside of being in a quiet secluded area is that they can charge any price for food and you don’t really have other options. I would say that what they charge for the buffet does not reflect the quality of food. The room was spacious, and clean. Maybe it was the time of year we were travelling but there were lots of bugs and mosquitos. Make sure to bring some good quality bug repellent. Overall - an enjoyable and relaxing week.

For our pricing, please kindly be informed that, just like any other hotel/resort operation here in Fiji, there are pricing regulations set by the government of the day which is inclusive of taxes. More than a few food and beverage items are not available locally thus we import and pay duty, apart from hotel tax. This heavily influences pricing at point of sale, however, is still fair to the market. Our Pest Control provider has been updated per your comments and scheduled treatment is ongoing however being in a tropical climate, this is dealt with on a daily basis.
