Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para dejarnos una reseña. Lamento ver que tuvo una estadía menos que agradable con nosotros. Voy a abordar sus problemas con el resto del personal para que podamos volver a resolver estos problemas en el futuro. Esperamos que venga a visitarnos nuevamente la próxima vez que se encuentre en el área.

At 1:30 in the morning a group in another room got extremely loud waking myself and my three kids up. At 3:30 in the morning after a lot of screaming and yelling by 10 or more individuals in the hotel, the police arrived to get control of the situation. None in our group slept that night and we immediately left the property.

We do apology's for the rude wake up from other guests and the cops having to step in to resolve the issue. We are making changes to our hotel and we hope to be done by the time Notre Dame goes back to school so we hope you will give us another chance when we get done with renovations and changes

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean in terms of beds, bathroom, etc. Main negative is that the property just seems old, worn, and in need of maintenance. Stained and worn carpets, damaged walls, stained seat cushions etc. I like Microtel Inn but this one is overdue for a renovation/updates.

The bed was clean and the hotel was close to my conference and ultimately that was what I needed. But there were stains on the chair and cigarette burns on the upholstery. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and was the wrong size for the coffee maker so I had to hold the button on the bottom of the filter basket with my nail file to make coffee. There were no coffee packets in my room and the evening front desk was understaffed and couldn't bring me any. In the morning, a wonderful woman brought me lots of flavors, though. The sink drained very slowly, and there was no plug for the tub. It served my needs, but just barely.

We are trying to make changes to the location now, but as you know there's a short hand in employment where ever you go. Business just aren't getting money like they use to, to pay for full staffing. We are very sorry for your unconvinced coffee maker, bath tub, and cleanliness.

The property really needs to be updated. The bed was comfortable, however, the place seemed very run down and dirty. The shower curtain was disgusting so I never even took a shower. The staff was very friendly and did a good job. I expected more from a hotel affiliated with Wyndham. The place needs to be gutted and remodeled, especially for a room that cost $359 plus tax per night.

We do apologize for the way we have been ran down but we work hard to try and keep it up with the small amount of workers we have and little business we get but we thank god every day we can still help people every day.

We were told this property was within walking distance of the stadium--over 2 miles is not in walking distance. The carpet and chair were extremely dirty--so much so that we wouldn't even sit in the chair. The property is in need of a make over---I would not recommend until that happens. There was a shuttle to the stadium--so that was a plus!

We are sorry for your miss communication you must have missed the short cut that was only 1.5 mile walk that was on or part, but maybe next time we can print you out a map. i understand that there was staining issues and we are in need of a make over we get told that all the time we try our best to do what we can with what we have. Don’t even!!
Very dirty nasty carpet through hallways and in room. We stayed 4 days everyday we left we told them they could clean now. Not once in 4 days did they clean our room. We had to go down and ask for towels and washcloths every day. Same pizza box trash propped against the broken down ice machine on our floor for 4 days. Don’t bother. They did apologize when we left and we told them. They were sorry the last three days too but no one did anything to show it!! Don’t even!!

The room was discusting. Hair in the shower. Window Seat cushion had liuid ring marks from end to end. Exposed box spings on both beds were filthy with brown stains running dowm in multiple places. There was a thermostat on the wall that fell off when touched and was not connected to anything. Ice machine in hall was unplugged. The elevator permit looked forged and had redacted information including address and capacity A group of people were in their car in the parking lot smoking pot every time we came and went. And for this we paid over $500 per night.

Due to a ND football game, the advanced price for one room for two nights ran me over $500 / night. The hotel & room condition was so concerning I decided to check under the mattresses for bedbugs and found 2 syringes. I complained to the receptionist and she placed me into another room that was also in poor condition but no drug paraphernalia anyway. It was very obvious that the hotel is not being maintain properly by Wyndham. It rained that night and we woke up to a rain bucket in the main lobby catching water leaking through the roof... I have photos of these conditions. I would post these but they are not family-friendly...

Huge BEDBuGS, and it got worse….
BEDBUGS! Crawling on us! We woke up around 4:30am to HUGE bugs. Then they asked us to take all our stuff outside at 5am to deal with the mess they gave us. Oh and they tried to accuse us of bringing them as we cleaned and sprayed our things. This place should not be in business!

Originally we had a reservation for 2 nights and we decided to come a day early so i called The hotel and was told no we don’t have an extra day this was just weeks beofre we arrived. We decided to come early anyway to take our chances on finding a hotel and ours was available for an extra night Check in was easy but our room was disgusting. Bugs(roaches) , soiled floor, base of the beds had stains , food or something stained on the walls,food on the floors, the padding that sits in the front window spiked with something, room smelled of an old bar. Told the front desk who was so nice and he apologized gave us email for owner so we emailed the owner still haven’t hear back from him or her. He showed us 2 more rooms we chose to stay in a room it seemed to be big free but all the rooms were dirty disgusting with the same description i mentioned Above Will never ever stay at this hotel ever again

Functional but needed more attention to cleaning
Requested an extra blanket which was quickly delivered by the manager. Had reserved a room with a queen bed but realized that we had only a double/full size bed. Too tired and late at night to bother trying to change. Bench window seat upholstery had numerous large stains. Towels may or may not have been clean but showed numerous stains. Hairs were on the shower walls.
