This property was clean. It was comfortable. It was a good value for the money spent. Breakfast was disappointing. The egg "product" was very dry & inedible. The sausages were okay. They ran out of waffle batter. No fruit was served. I asked for a 12:00 check out and was denied. This is a smoke free location but the hallways reeked of Marijuana.

The positive from staying at this location was the convenience. The location was easily accesible to the nursing home facility of elderly family member. The negatives were the limited food items for the continental breakfast. The staff did not fluently undersand/speak english. The housekeeping services were inconsistent. The morning wake up calls never happened. The rooms appeared to not have been cleaned/swept/vacuumed nor the bathroom "fully cleaned and sanitized". The other guests were noisy. There was a smole aroma in the hallways.....even though the hotel was listed as smoke-free.The heating unit was very slow to get fully functional.

We selected this hotel because it was the only one available for the weekend (big ND game), which was definitely not commensurate with the price tag. The hotel is dated, with some new decor and items being added. Our bathroom was old and in need of a good scrub. The toilet seat broke and was not repaired after our request. The breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. Overall, they are getting an exorbitant price for a 2-star hotel based on demand. It's good for them but not great for the customer.

Don’t stay here. This place was absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed in college town hotels and this was by far the worst one yet. Shower looked like a murder scene was committed, bugs crawling on the walls, ceiling looked like it was going to fall and hairs all over the ground from probably the last 200 guests.
