I like that I can park my car on the property and was reassured that there are cameras in the parking area so my car should be safe until I return after 8 days..

The staff were very nice but a bit understaffed and stressed out. The hotel was in a nice condition but there seems to be some transient people staying there. They caused no problems. My room was never cleaned by the cleaner , probably cause of understaffing. The staff were very nice though and accommodating. They tried very hard to get whatever I needed.

We had made a last minute reservation due to our first hotel not having a working pool, they were very accommodating for the last minute reservation. Unfortunately, the pool here wasnt working either but I did not fouble check before the booking so its my faukt not the hotels.

I did not stay this weekend because I stayed last weekend at this motel. I booked this weekend in error and the management would not work with Expedia to cancel my reservation and return my money. The pool is closed but still advertised on the website. I wonder if the homeless are being housed here, because people in the dining area had poor personal hygiene. I work with the homeless weekly in my volunteer position, so I recognize the smell of someone who has not showered in quite a while.

Wasnt the nicest. Our first room... we found dirt, stains and hairs everywhere. I think there were dead bed bugs in the sheets too! its the first thing I always check for. I immediately went downstairs and they gave us a new room. There is a musky smokey smell throughout the halls. Lights randomly turned off an on. Wouldnt recommend staying here.

Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Water pressure was poor, temperature was good. Property needed snow plowing for over 20 hours. Was very deep snow, almost missed the exit on the way out.

Ok if your not into all the perks.
It was a great price. The perks were'nt the best. Wifi spotty and TV was terrible. It kept cutting in and out. If your staying for just a bed and a place to stop. Its ok. But the other stuff, don't bother.

nice property, close to Airport
very nice staff, quick airport pickup - my only complaint was that I requested a 4:45 AM airport shuttle, went to the lobby early, waited and waited for staff, no one ever showed, there was a sign on the desk saying "be back soon"- some nice guests drove me to the airport instead.

It's a nice, clean motel. Pick up at airport was quick and very convenient with nice driver. I got 9:00 pm food at 7-11 beside parking lot. Unusually good sandwich and, again, extremely nice, helpful lady. For the convenience and money, I am very pleased

The person who checked me in (Isabella) was great. I actually have two separate resaverations covering three nights and she ensured that i did not have to change rooms. This made the experience at the hotel very nice.

Nice clean hotel!
Room was clean, warm, great location, good breakfast, convenient location, staff friendly. Elevator a little shaky, but all in all, would stay here again.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were assisting another guest and would be right back. We waited for 20 minutes and then the front desk person arrived and said “Sorry, I’ve been at the stadium.” So he wasn’t even on site. When we got up to the room they gave us, I immediately found sheets that were dirty and had not been cleaned between guests, the bed was just made to cover it up. We received a new room and while it appeared to be clean, there were cigarette holes in the sheets and the towels were all stained. We will not be staying at a “Quality” In again.

2 Day Stay in a room with out a view
This was not a good stay. Fire alarm covered with plastic bag, toilet ran all night, and the shower had no pressure and we had a view of the carport, not very exciting to look at. Room 214

Good in a pinch
I mean I paid $120 split two ways, wasn’t expecting much and basically got what I expected. Room smelled weird and window had a bunch of condensation. Sheets were stained. Staff was very friendly though. Good cheap place in a pinch.
