Customer service was exceptional to say the least. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the whole experience was just breathtaking.

Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills, basic, good value. Oldish feel to the place. Basic “continental breakfast” available in the morning with coffee and tea available anytime. The only negative for us was street noise. Some renovations/repairs were in progress, but this did not cause us any problem.

Terrible bed
Worst thing about the room was the bed. Mattress is too hard and the pillows are a joke. I had to go out and buy pillows. Hotel is quite old and could use some upgrades but it’s not dirty. Employees were are also friendly.

The place was not what I expected, beds were old and in uncomfortable, old heating system, it was either too hot or too cold .

This hotel is a great bargain. No frills but had everything we needed and was easy to check in and out. Not in the thick of downtown Burlington but close enough to drive or Uber. Would stay here again.

We chose this because of the reviews. The property was great. Very clean. The front desk guy who checked us in was very personable and friendly My daughters and I were there for a concert so we checked in then went to our event. We were on our feet for four hours so we were dead tired. The mattresses were had, the pillows were hard. I’m older (60) and my entire body hurt from laying in the bed. I got up three times just to sit in the chair because it was so uncomfortable. One of my daughters slept fine, the other had the same issue as me

The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is cute and the rooms are a good size. The beds are very firm; not comfortable to my liking. The walls are thin and conversations from the people in the next room were loud and kept us awake. The upstairs has no elevator and had to lug heavy luggage up the stairs.

Seems over-priced for what it is
The service was excellent, the room was clean, but the price of the room and the quality of the place were not aligned. I would have expected far better amenities for this high a price. I believe this may be due to some sort of shortage of hotel rooms currently in the Burlington area. I have stayed in the area previously and paid less for far more.

Service was friendly and check in was easy and quick, but the lobby smells strongly of a terrible artificial chemical fragrance which seems to be needed to cover up other mystery odors perhaps… Room was hot and temperature control was challenging. Ended up having to open a window to cool down. Would want to see a renovation before staying again. But did appreciate the quick/easy check in

We get that you don't *have* to try when it's leaf season in Burlington! But this is one of the saddest motels I've ever stayed in—and I can be a thrifty traveler! We paid nearly $350/night for a musty room that has not had any updates since the late 80s. Disgusting carpet, gross comforters, a tiny TV that went in and out (loose hanging wires!) etc. Gross bathroom and vanity area. LITERAL GNATS IN THE ROOM. The only reason I'm giving two stars is the Keurig coffee machine downstairs. At least I could control my morning coffee.

Clean and friendly
Greg at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Even told us about a good route to take out of town for some of the best leaf peeping. Hotel is older but clean and easy to use.
