During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent. “Staying at a local's place was the right choice rather than a "resort" / hotel. We wanted a place on the water with a balcony where we could cook. There were a few things that we liked / was disappointed in with Featherstone: What we liked: The views were great. We were glad we choose the "top" of the house as downstairs you could hear a lot of noise. We enjoyed the hammocks both on the beach and our private deck.
