Me dieron una habitación para discapacitados y el baño todo estaba hecho para ese propósito hasta los espejos al nivel de una silla de ruedas y en el lavabo había un pelo largo de mujer, en la habitación estaba abierta la ventana a las 9.30 pm y estaba muy fría la calefacción muy pobre para lograr nivelar la temperatura las primeras 4 hrs .

The room and bathrooms were very clean, but the hallway carpets have stains and are a bit run down. There are only 2 small elevators for the guests, so it takes time to go up and down the building.

Karol at reception was excellent and really made our stay exceeding expectations. My partner was sick and Karol was most helpful. Surprisingly restaurant had good food and wait staff were friendly and helpful given staff shortages

Het hotel ziet er aan de buitenkant armoedig uit, maar eenmaal binnen is alles prima. De kamers zijn schoon. De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant. Het ontbijt is geweldig (ook continentaal). Je wordt keurig naar een tafel gebracht. Vanuit het hotel steek je zo over naar een groot winkelcentrum. Treinstation is op een kwartier lopen.

A multitide of shopping opportunites and assortedrestaurants of every type are within easy walking distance. The manager, Warren, and his well-trained staff are ready to assist in any way. Confortable, spacious rooms and great beds ensure a terrific night's sleep. 10 out of 10!

Room was very comfortable and clean. When they say check in is at 3pm they mean it. We were awake and traveling for just about 24hrs. Zombified brains and we couldn’t get in our room till 3pm.

The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!
