My wife begged me to stay even longer. Wish I could give it a 6 star rating. Great room and even better service. Will definitely refer them to family and friends.

It truly was a “boutique” hotel experience. The reception staff were so kind & accommodating of my every need; the continental breakfast & the contents of the mini-fridge were complimentary & thoughtfully attractive as well. This little gem is wonderfully situated for those wanting an air-conditioned property near the cruise docks.

Incredible service, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows! House baked continental breakfast, free mini-fridge with plenty of snacks and drinks, in-room Nespresso and kettle for complimentary tea and coffee. Gorgeously decorated. Just perfect!

Lovely room with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. We loved the fresh pizza and draught beer at the London Road Brew House andfor dinner, Smugglers'.

One of the most wonderful hospitality experiences I have ever had. Good hotels make you feel welcome and appreciated, this hotel goes so much further and made made me feel cared for. Truly exceptional in every sense of the word. Every single member of the staff was delightful, warm, helpful and kind. A truly delightful stay in every sense. From being greeted at the door, easy and relaxing reception, to the beautiful rooms with every amenity thought out to perfection, and the most delicious, warm breakfast delivered to your door, the comforts felt here will warm your heart. No matter how far away you live, this place will feel like home.

Fabulous hotel
Gorgeous hotel with stylish decor, really comfortable bed and excellent shower. Lovely, helpful staff and really good continental breakfast served in our room. Loved our stay and will definitely stay there again
