I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I am glad the front desk clerk was able to move you to a different room. Everyone has their own preference on the hardness of the beds. Maybe we should have different beds in different rooms so we can offer options. I hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectations.

I am so sorry about the issues you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, we do not have maintenance here 24 hours. We do the best we can at the front desk to fix what we can. I hope you will give us another chance next year for Cranfest.
