Not a safe place to stay. People living out of a RV on the property. People yelling in the parking lot and out of there rooms. Stairs were filled with cigarette filters. Just not a pleasant place to be.

This place was disgusting. The first room they tried putting us in smelt like cigarette smoke really bad even though there was no smoking. We complained to the lady at the front desk and then got moved to another room which was worse. The room smelt extremely bad, was dirty, bedding was stained and dirty, cigarette ash all over the floor in the room. We had to go buy bedding to put on the bed because it was so gross. Also had to buy air fresheners because the smell was so bad. I will never stay here again and very disappointed that I paid $90 for the worse night ever. Did not feel safe at all and felt dirty the entire time I was there. Would never recommend.

Dirty floors (like needs mopped and swept, slept on a boxspring basically (can feel springs) dead ants on top of “clean” sheets, spotlight outside window with holes in curtains, hair in shower and on bathroom countertop. Cigarette butts everywhere outside with garbage. Disgusting and would NEVER stay here again. Unfortunately marathon weekend and everything booked. Lesson learned to book about 4 months or more in advance.

I knew I was choosing a budget hotel but this was decidedly below par even for a budget place. Needs a good cleanup and more care. Not even pillows on the bed.

I did my reservation on line 2 weeks prior to my arrival when I arrived I was told that there was an overbook and I did not have the room I reserved ( I needed 2 beds) they said they do have 2 rooms with one bed I said no thank you that does me no good and why would I pay for 2 rooms When I reserved one room with 2 beds. They said that they would not charge my card if I wanted to go somewhere else and that they understood so we did go somewhere else and get a different motel room however I still got my charge on my card.

The top blanket was so dirty and had cigarette burns all over it. The lady at the front desk was very nice and washed it for me. The curtains were also full of cigarette burns. The mattress was upside down when I checked in which was super weird. I flipped it back and the it was just disgusting. Full of stains of who knows what. There was a 24hr security on site so that made me feel safe but overall you get what you pay for I guess.

Bedsheets, blankets weren’t replaced. They were dirty you can tell they were just made from the previous stay. The toilet paper was almost gone not replaced. Smelled like cigarettes. Dog barking all night next to us.

When I first checked in, I was given the key to a room that had overflowing garbage cans, flies, and an unmade bed. Then I had to go to the front desk to ask for a comforter. I was told it would be done from the dryer in 30 minutes (this is at 8pm) and that I could come back and get it then.

Room wasn’t available by 4pm. The front desk person was helpful but was calling frantically for housekeeping and made it a scene. She did waive the deposit which I appreciated. We had no towels and couldn’t get any when needed. Had to borrow a towel from another room we had to get ready for the event we were going to. When we got back later that night the towels were there but just a pile of them tossed on the bed. I’ve stayed here several times and had the same issue before that the room wasn’t ready. If check out time is 11… there should be plenty of time to get rooms clean and ready. I wasn’t impressed and I get it, you get what you pay for. But I’ve seen better than this there. Some guy was blasting music in the morning out front and no one bothered to make him stop.

You definitely get what you pay for. My room is clean and has all the things in it they described. However, as this is a partly long stay property, there are lots of people who seem to treat this as an apartment complex. Although, I think they only except ADA dogs, there seem to be a suspiciously large amount of those Including two, who keep continually barking. Clean, but not quiet.

Sketchy area and cigarette smell
I made reservation for snow smoking room. When I arrived, the smell of cigarettes was so bad I had to request a different room. They said nothing was available. I was staying 3 nights so not sure how I could put up with it. They finally switched me to a non smoking one and it was only slightly better. Also, anytime I had to be outside scraping ice and snow from my car, there were druggies asking to bum a cigarette or asking for money. Good thing I was not traveling with my family.

This is a picture of the non-working heater in our room. We were told it would be fixed the next morning, but at check out it had never been repaired during our two day stay.
This is the plunger I was given to go unclog the toilet in our room myself because they had no maintenance, after checking in and returning to report that the toilet was clogged and wouldn't flush.

My room was not ready. Had to wait until after dinner to get my room as they did not have enough staff. When I finally got into the room, there was no toilet paper, towels, or cups in the bathroom. The room was small, needed repair (paint was peeling), floor was dirty and very worn, the so called "kitchen" was a hot plate that didn't work, no utensils or pans, and no coffee pot. Need I say more? One of the worst places I've ever stayed in!!

They could not find my reservation. Had to wait for others who didn’t have reservation to get room then finally they gave me a room out of pity. Their handi cap room with the chair built in the shower. Paid more that I was supposed to. Just overall frustrating.

Very very dirty. The 2 bath towels looked questionable as far as clean. No wash cloths or hand towels, no hand soap, no toiletries. Floor was filthy. Walls dirty. Garbage and people’s items on the curbside outside our room and across the street.

Close to restaurant, bus line and mini market. Liked the big frig, stove and microwave. Staff was very helpful. The parking lot needed to be cleaned and the grounds needed to be maintained and building outside washed.
