recommendations, the information man is not friendly, we called him by phone, I think we have to prepare him to treat people, when we arrived neither, we arrived at the room and the beds were poorly made, it gave us the impression that they were used, there were four of us and there were only towels For two, we called information and they told us that they had to find out what that was like, the next day there was a torn sheet and they did not change it.

Las habitaciones cómodas, cuarto espacioso, baño cómodo. Cerca del área histórica de san Augustine en carro como 10 minutos. Walk in distance a los outlets. El hotel lo conservan muy bien y la joven de recepción fue muy amable.

I stayed 3 nights, all very well, only that the second day of my stay there was no breakfast. They should pay more attention to it since they should already know the number of people staying there because of the holidays. That alone was the only bad thing about my stay there. Thank you very much for the cleanliness and neatness in everything else.

Awful cleanse, bad smell inside the rooms, shower tub drain clogged, maintenance staff solved the shower drain and depot the foreign matters inside the toilet and let them in, no coffee in breakfast, coffee and waffle machines out of service, desk people very high professionals, also the girl in charge of the breakfast room very good person and she assisted us with language

Muy lindo hotel
El hotel súper prolijo, habitación espaciosa y muy buena atención. Es destacable el buen desayuno en tiempos de covid, en donde casi ningún hotel lo está sirviendo. Es para elegir, y bastante completo, aunque es para llevar y comer en la habitación. Muy cómoda su ubicación cerca de la ruta

Recommended.
It’s a very nice and clean place. The check in took 2 minutes and the lady was friendly. The bed super comfy and it had super soft sheets.

we were put in an eoom that only had sheers on the windows not drapes. we had headlights and street lights all night ans took pictures. Asked ro be moved and were told no The morning manager told me I couls.xomplaon but she responded to the complaints. In 62 years I have never been apken to so rudely. I felt attacked. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO STAY AS A STOP OVER ON A LONG RIDE. We got no sleep and have 10 hours of driving ahead. Coffee maker did not work as well as two.electrical outlets for.phone charging. To the nasty lady at the desk who.responds - don't bother I know how you are.
