The bathroom sink could only provide cold water. The sheet had a large bright brown spot on it. The walk way wasn’t salted so I almost tripped a few time at 5:45 am.

Right there at the pool there is a sign for stopping at the desk but you brought 4 unreported people in your room and stayed with you. It didn’t work like that.

The sheets had cigarette burns in them hose left in the pool and the lady was angry about taking it out. Wanted to charge up 10$ extra for kids to swim on top of a 60$ damage fee on each room. Worst place ever!!!!

Audrey,The room reservation type you made is only for 2 people not for 4 people. First day we ignored unreported peoples but again on second day we stop you and asked you for peoples staying in your room that time we asked you to pay for extras people in the room if they are staying.60 we take for security incidentals and that drops off once you check out.

Continental breakfast had very few items. Spa was broken. Staff only provided us with 1 extra pillow not the 2 we asked for.

Front staff was very good. The entire hotel needs renovated. We chose this one so our dog could stay a us.

Needs improvement.
The pool was dirty, there were so many bugs everywhere; crawling on the doors, etc. and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedspread was stained. On the plus side, it was easy to find. The bathroom towels were very soft and white.

Won't be staying there again
We were upstairs. The floor was creaky. The color of the room was awful, there was a pungent smell that hit you everytime you were out of the room. It was a mix of smells of the pool along with something else. The dead bolt didn't work on our door. The bed was not at all comfortable. They added a 60.00 charge as a sort of security deposit that im still waiting to come off my card.

We were asked to arrive at the facility earlier than we planned, not given a reason. (We did not express our frustration.) Communication about where and how to enter our room was confusing. ( We were told about a closer outside entry but asked to enter through the office.) The facility was clean and comfortable but outdated. The breakfast advertised hot breakfast. The only hot food was toast and coffee. There was no spread available for the toast except fruit spreads. When we left I asked for a receipt but was told that since we booked through Hotels.com I would have to get the receipt from that source. We were not able to download the receipt because of a communications failure to our printer. We were required to charge our credit card with a $60 contingency fee, were also told the fee would be cancelled if not needed, were told this would happen within a couple days, well after we left the facility.

Dear guest, we are very sorry that your stay was not comfortable as expected. Based upon checking with staff, your reservation came through third party so we wont be able to print invoice for you as such you have already paid to that third party and we dont know what rate they honored you. Regards to breakfast, we have not advertised anywhere for hot breakfast.Again we are very sorry for inconvenience but allow us to serve you better and make your stay comfortable.

We decided not to stay, as we did not feel it was a safe place. Conditions were very poor/old with an order inside. Staff were hard to understand.

Conveniently located. Needs renovation badly. Door to our room stuck and had to be forced open and shut. Bathroom door would not close entirely. Lighting could stand an upgrade. But for the price, it was ok.

Very Dated; Comfy Bed; Inexpensive
If I wasn’t too tired to drive any further, I would have picked somewhere else to stay. It is extremely dated and worn. The bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were clean, however. The bathroom was from 1970 and had mildew. The sink dropped and the fridge was noisy. It was cheap and close to the road though so it met my needs I guess.

Fine for 1 night
It was fine for less than 12 hours. Room was very dated and the bed was very saggy. However linens seemed newer and floor space of the room itself was great. Easy access of highway and check in was smooth.

When arrived a separate deposit was required. The room was adequate. The parking lot was filled with potholes. Monday morning breakfast was leftover snacks and coffee from the day before. Saturday night one of the other rooms had a loud playing TV all night.

The mattress in the room was not very good. The mattress was fine for one person but it was very shakey when two people were in it. If one person moved it would shake the whole mattress and disturb the other person. The continental breakfast was very minimal, could be better.

The light didn’t work as we walked in. There was a table but only one chair. The walls were painted pink and a kind of orange by the beds. No coffee pot and breakfast was cereal with a gallon of milk in the refrigerator and two apples in a bowl.The place really needs some upgrades.

Nice hot shower. Room old an corners not clean, towels didn't smell fresh, coffee in breakfast area smelled so bad I dumped it. Staff said I paid over $100. And next guy paid $71. Drive way full of holes and broken asphalt.

This property needs serious updating. Even for the price point. Carpets for moldy smelling and was damp to walk on barefoot. Bedding & linens are strained, thread worn, had cigarette burn in sheets. No screens on windows so no fresh air without letting in bugs. Staff was adequate. Coffee weak and milk was starting to sour. It was the only room available on my route. I will look for other lodging if traveling thru St. Croix
