Old hotel, elevator does not work, no hot water in suites, very old furniture and 0 manteinance. Never going back.

Inesperadamente desgradable el acceso
Mi habitacion fue contratada on line y no le correspondio en el edificio principal sino en un vieji edificio cuyo acceso esta en pesimas condiciiones de higiene . Tres pisos por escalera, materias fecales viejas de animales y veredas destrozadas para llegar. El resto normal en una zona cercana a un hermoso puerto de yates. Con poco esmero podrian solucionar ese desagradable acceso a las habitaciones,

This is an older hotel, not too far from the docks. You can see the cruise ships from your balcony. It was clean and accessible with ramps outside and an elevator. It is right across the street from cute little shops and a few restaurants. Every place I went into took USD. Need to be careful crossing the street. Cars come flying over the hill sometimes! Staying there was great…part of the adventure!

The workers were excellent honestly the room was clean and well fresh the workers were friendly and willing to help there’s someone and the desk 24 hours a day they had security all day and night there was a Jamaican security I was waiting to check I at 2 he took my bags and brought it in side my stay was good they make you feel at home you don’t have to wait for along time to check in I love there I will go there again any time thank you Expedia. I appreciate my stay

Centrally located in city. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were spacious and had balcony! Looks like they are renovating and making updates. Loved our stay. Thank you

Room with balcony was fine until 10:00 PM. Loud thumping music, singing, shouting from nearby club kept me awake until 04:30 AM. Hotel could not change my room but they were considerate to allow me to check out and have the following nights refunded.

Obwohl Reise vollständig bezahlt wurde, wollte das Hotel noch 610 us dollar abkassieren vor Ort und ließ uns knapp 4 Stunden in der Lobby sitzen. Muss aber auch erwähnen, wenn es Probleme im Zimmer gab, sei es eine defekte nicht mehr verschließbare Balkontür ( 2mal) oder eine kaputte Dusche sowie ein defekte Wasserkocher wurde gleich reagiert. Kann aber auch nicht nachvollziehen, das soetwas bei Ankunft schon passieren kann!

Very large room; however very tired and in need of refurbishment. The lift seemed to be long term broken and nobody offered to help us with the suitcases despite being travelling with a baby and being sent to the 4th floor. Some of the staff quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Price way too high for what you get

船着き場及び旧市街への利便性抜群
グルーズ船の入出港やお土産さんやレストランがは至近距離にあるので便利です。 建物が古く、備品の更新もしていないのか部屋の雰囲気は今ひとつです。 エレベーターが故障していたため、荷物の上げ下ろしが大変でした。

Liked the fact that it is central in town. Disliked the overall room, staff was always staring, toilet was dirty, there was cockroach in my fridge. There was no running water for a half a day, I had to change room, and move myself. The elevator was not working, had to walk all the way to the 3rd floor. Very disappointing stay

The rooms were clean with a small refrigerator and one small bottle water It was always hot but no ice machine or a way to get drinking water or ice The elevator was not in working condition for the 10days I was there I had to climb 42 stairs in and out of the building. And no one cares

I enjoyed the room, it was much larger than I first expected. The staff upon entry was great and explained everything to me, and had a quick and easy checkout. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
