La señorita que trabaja por las noches en recepción es muy grosera. El hotel retiene un depósito que no se menciona al hacer la reservación.

no me gusto nada muy desecciondo ya que avia rentado y pagado con mas de un mes de anticipacion mas aun llame 3 dias antes a expedia para informarle que tenia la graduacion de mi hijo que comenzaba a las 3 en la universidad washington. los de expedia cordinaron con el hotel diciendo que llegaria mas temprano de la hora de check-In que era a las 3pm.asi poderme banar cambiarme e ir para la graduacion, llegue al hotel a las 1,25 pm trate de registrarme pero las personas que me atendieron fueron tan groseras y que no les importo lo que les mecione que recien llegaba de viaje y necesitaba banarme y cambiarme asi poder ir a la graduacion,ellos me manifestaron que eso era imposible poder entrar muy temprano ya que la entrada era alas 3 le explique q expidia habia hablado con ellos y les avia esplicado el motibo por que iva a entrar mas temprano y no les importo diciendome que ellos tienen 31 habitaciones para limpiar y que no podian hacer una eseccion. deseccionado frustado pasaba el tiempo opte por burcar otra opcion y me fui al otoro hotel del frente donde si me atendieron y me dieron una habitacion.llame a expidia par reclamarle por lo sucedido y que reintegraran lo que pague y expidia me respondio que el hotel tenia su politica que no debuelven el diner. por lo tanto vere la forma como hacer para que me debuelvan mi dinero.

Hard to find a better value near St Louis Lambert Airport. This property is clean and convenient. Breakfast is excellent and the shuttle is always available.

Property was nice and the happy hour was great! Disappointed since I didn’t get any room service and some of the staff members were not the nicest! Overall ok stay!

Staff is not helpful and discourteous, even over the phone. "Tough luck" attitude. Shuttle service from the airport was over an hour wait. The shuttles to other area hotels were no more than 15mins apart...in the rain. Who wears a tank top with tattoos from ears down the entire length of her arms and across her chest, at the front desk? I already knew that I was not going to be helped with my check in. Thank goodness my trip was handled better once I stepped out: the Uber was there quickly to bring me to a more accommodating hotel with above-and-beyond service from the front desk. I will NEVER consider this place to stay next time I have to come here. We have a large convention coming here in late July. This place will NOT be listed as recommended place to stay, and we will personally provide transportation to our domestic and international guests to the other hotels closer to the venue.

I especially appreciated the 24/7 shuttle since we arrived quite late. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful in every interaction. More than met our needs for a hotel by the airport.

I was mis informed about the rate to leave my vehicle parked at location. I believe it was to expensive and I will not be back. Young lady at front desk was unpleasant
