“New cabin, clean, and great location to GNP. Quiet, beautiful ranch setting. Convenient to eastside of GNP (St Mary, Many Glacier, Two Medicine) and Canada, too. “My friend and I were there to tour the Glacier National Park area. This is a rustic remote (not too remote) cabin just outside of the east side of Glacier National Park. “Owner was extremely nice. Contacted us before our arrival and meet us at the road to guide us to the property. Unfortunately, the cabin was not very clean and the sole loveseat sank to the floor when you sat on it. There were mice droppings on the kitchen counter and where the silverware was when we got there and smelled of a dead one in the second bedroom. “Very comfortable historic cabin in a quiet neighborhood with views of Glacier National Park. Peaceful and safe away from the fray and traffic and a quick drive to St Mary’s entrance; it is a great jump off point. Our host was wonderful and the one time we reached out for some direction he responded immediately. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend the cabin. Thank you for a great place to stay. “This place was the perfect hikers cabin. Great location close to both St. Mary's and Many Glacier entrances to the park which have the best hikes....just make sure you have your daily car permit reserved in advance. The cabin was wonderfully cozy to return to after a full day of hiking. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with lots of extra thoughtful items (like spices and butter should you forget to bring). Hope to be back again!”
