No me gustó la habitación, colores oscuros que hace que el lugar se vea y se sienta sucio!! camas incómodas, las sábanas de muy mala calidad. Dice que ha sido remodelado pero nada que ver…necesitan mejorar la limpieza. Indican desayuno incluido que consta de muffins, cereal seco…es una merienda no desayuno!!!

Estuvo bien, solamente una noche alguien soñó la alarma de su coche y no nos dejó dormir. Muchas personas platicando afuera de sus dormitorios durante la noche y se escuchan sus voces

No tenía nada de bueno, nada de bonito, olía mal, piscina sucia, te engañan al momento del cobro, se olvidan de ponerte los accesorios del baño, y el desayuno es una estafa. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!

Ya nos aviamos hospedado anteriormente y todo estubo bien, pero esta ultima vez nos dieron una habitacion que no tenia agua la ducha y no pudimos ducharnos ahi. Tambien la ropa de cama estaba sucia. No sabemos si por que rentamos solo por una noche nos dieron una habitacion pesima. La habitacion fue la numero 119.

Sofá cama horrible
El mattres del sofá cama estaba dañado y no nos quisieron cambiar y mi sobrino tuvo que dormir en un mattres que parecia que se iba a clavar los alambres en la espalda. Tuvimos que forrar con varias sábanas el mattres para que fuera menos el dolor al acostarse.

This property is an average hotel stay with 2 queen beds, plenty of room and clean. The furnishings are a little dated and there is some nicks in the paint here and there. The neighborhood has an element of drug use which is common in most cities today. Stay in your room and you will be fine. The location is awesome, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Check in and out was a few minutes or less. We will book here again for another concert at the Sound.

Horrible stay. Multiple rooms had ants. Numerous lights didn't work. The front desk attendant found concerns over ants amusing and even laughed about it. She told me it would take about 3 hours to change rooms, and upon seeing me taking an unrelated phone call, she went off to somewhere else in the building, came back, and said it would be 20 minutes. Would not recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly and tried hard to please us - the wi-fi was very poor in our first room and we were able to move to a second room where is was better, but still spotty Facilities are very old and could use a renovation Basic amenities were provided and were clean

The interior needs upgrading. The smoke alarm in my room malfunctioned several times while I was sleeping. The internet kept going out at night. I was given a number to call the internet company for remedy. The breakfast had waffles as its only hot meal. This establishment needs upgrading in numerous areas.

Good for the money
The check in was easy and quick and they gave me choice of room, the room was clean but furniture old and in need of replacing, no sheets or pillows for couch sofa and mattress was old and stained-the bathroom was clean but definitely need new fixtures and the basin rusty. Beds were surprisingly comfortable!
