Más céntrico imposible. Aunque está en el centro el hotel está bien insonorizado. Buen desayuno y el personal del hotel muy amable.

Ciudad francesa preciosa, vale la pena ir
Un hotel comodo, bien ubicado, bonito y con el mejor desayuno, variado, bien servido y el personal del hotel muy atentos todos, nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos El hotel esta muy bien ubicado , casi frente a la catedral y de ahi puedes caminar a todos lados, la ciudad sorprende ya que tiene tambien el area moderna con todo y la opera y galerias la fayette, tal cual como una ciudad francesa, la comida tipica, un tanto peculiar, pero me encanto el ambiente, la decoracion de la ciudad, la gente super amable, me encanto conocer Estrasburgo, lo recomiendo mil

Superó nuestras espectativas, estaba en un sitio estupendo a dos minutos de la catedral, más céntrico imposible, super limpio, el personal muy amable y el hotel muy muy bonito. Lo único que podría decir es que el precio del desayuno lo encontré super caro: 16€ x persona, pero son los precios que circulan por Estrasburgo.

Todo perfecto
Sitio perfecto por ubicación, la habitación muy comoda y muy bien insonorizada. Justo bajas a la calle y tienes mucha oferta gastronomica y a 100 metros de la catedral...andando vas a casi todo lo que quieres ver en Estrasburgo. El unico pero es la calidad de la wifi del hotel que es pesima...apenas llegaba señal a la habitación.

I can say it was a strange stay at the Rohan hotel and I was disappointed of Hotels.com for they never tried to get in touch with me. I really don't think I will reserve again through Hotels.com .i always trust the pictures they put for the room I will get and this time when I arrived what was our terrible surprise we got an absolutely terrible old room , with a small shower and toilet not even well cleaned. When I went down and showed the picture they said sorry that the only 3 people room (2 adults 1 12 year old was that ) we were so disappointed, not to make it long next day I talked with another guy at the reception a fantastic guy that incredibly showed me the prices of luxury rooms they had and the rooms where much cheaper than what I had payed for 3 people for that disgusting room . He then made his best effort and thankfully we got what we deserved and has payed, the room was then amazing .but as I tell you one good night one bad night. And I still don't know who's fault it was if Hotels .com or Rohan hotel . Be very careful with the pictures. I tried putting pictures of the old and dirty room but they didn't go through.

LINDÍSIMO HOTEL
Este es un hotel muy bonito, pues desde la fachada muestra su típico estilo de provincia francesa que le invita a uno a quedarse. Es un hotel pequeño, muy confortable y sobre todo ubicadísimo, justamente a un costado de la Plaza Principal y su impresionante catedral. El personal siempre muy amable, las habitaciones super confortables y muy de acuerdo con el estilo pues tienen muchas antigüedades como los armarios y las mesas de noche. Definitivamente el tipo de hoteles en el que me gustaría quedarme

Hotel staff were great. Check-in and check-out procedures were completed quickly. Before we arrived at the hotel, they even made a reservation for us, which we could not make, at a restaurant in another country 😊🙏. Thanks a lot.

We have stayed at the hotel twice and had nothing but excellent service. Every person we spoke to at the front desk was attentive and friendly. The day we checked out we slept past breakfast. We ordered cappuccinos before our drive home. They brought us our drinks and some pastries all at no charge. We will be staying here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel for our anniversary. The staff was so helpful and kind. We left a bag in our rental car that we had returned and they helped us locate the bag by helping us translate with the rental company. They also had great suggestions for things to do around the area and businesses that rented bikes. If you want to be close to the church and in a fun area this place is perfect.

Was very dissatisfied with this hotel. There was one lady at the counter that was fantastic and went out of her way to be fantastic! But unfortunately the bathroom in our room was very dirty! The toilet was not even close to being acceptably clean. The other lady at the front at night gave us some recommendations for a place to have a drink, but the next day we were grabbing coffee at the coffee bar, which we were told was complimentary for guests, and she asked us if we were staying there and to see our room keys. Which blew my mind because we literally had just spoken with her a few times the night before. Just overall was disappointed in the stay here.

This was such a wonderful little hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel itself was festive and pretty, fridge and Nespresso machine in room were so convenient!! We will absolutely be back! A drawback would be that it’s very small. And may be difficult for some to navigate. Must love cathedral bells.. and we do! Overall lovely and friendly.

A very pleasant place to stay in city center
City central location, right next to the cathedral. Very clean and nice. Room is spacious considering the location. However two potential issues for the fellow travelers. The location needs quiet a bit of walking to reach from the public transportation. Not very luggage friendly especially on the pebble streets. When there is Christmas market, even taxi can only park quite far away. Another thing is the church will play sound/music late at night. We stayed for the Christmas Eve, so not sure if that is for Christmas only.

The location can't be beat, the Christmas Market was literally right outside our door. It was comfortable and modern, but seemed to prize form over function. The room was generally clean, but there were some spots in the bathrooms that weren't super clean. But honestly, nothing that would keep me from booking here again. Staff was friendly.

Bien situé mais c’est tout.
Sûrement comme d’autres hôtel à Strasbourg en période de marché de Noël , bien placé mais très cher pour une « chambre de bonne » petit lit , accueil plus que mitigé, j’appelle à l’avance pour demander le parking le plus proche la dame au téléphone me conseille d’un air non chaland un parking complet tout les week-ends nous avons fait plus d’une heure de queu. De plus le soir nous avons prit un verre au bar de l’hôtel ma femme commande un panaché, la dame lui sert une bière sans alcool. La proximité de l’hôtel avec les différents lieux touristiques et quand à elle vraiment parfaitement situé.
