If there was a zero available, I would rate it zero. No hot water, hard to find help… over charged me $40 above booking price on Expedia. Breakfast was almost nothing… horrible experience

We traveled for a funeral. This is an older property which is fine. The problem is general maintenance is needed on the exterior and limited maid service results in rooms not being very clean. The queen double we rented had cigarette ashes smeared on the blanket of one bed. The other bed didn't have a fitted sheet and the mattress pad was stained. Mirrors weren't cleaned, floor hadn't been vacuumed, television and phone in room didn't work and there were no other rooms available. My daughter purchased sheets and towels from Walmart and slept in the chair that first night. Per the hotel, we have to pursue a refund for that night from Expedia.

Could’ve been so much better…
Came for the weekend to see friends. First of all, I have TWO REGISTERED service dogs. I informed the owner of this at check in. He told me he needed proof and wanted to know what my disability was. I informed him this was against ADA rules, but produced the paperwork & he was surprised. Room had burn marks on bedspread, sheets were stained, old food in fridge, previous guest soap in shower. NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Trash in parking lot. Parking was poor. No pet rest area. Maid service was horrible. I understand it was packed, but staff better. For $200/night, DO BETTER. Boats took up parking & these could have been parked in the empty restaurant lot next door. Grass needed trimmed. No pride for hotel & the amount of folks spending hard earned money to enjoy Stuttgart for the festival. No outdoor trash cans to help keep waste cleaned up.

It was the fourth of July weekend, although that was not why we were there, but no staff was on duty. We had no clean towels and only one person on duty for the whole hotel.

Room dirty, obvious that the carpet was vacuumed had chips and Cheetos on the floor toilet dirty no rags( brought own anyway) furniture was dusty walls grimy overall disgusting conditions I wanted my money back they refused I had to clean my own damn room. Never again

Room wasn't filthy, but not as clean as should be (for over $100 anyway). No privacy curtains in window, had to safety pin the 2 panels so anyone passing by could not see in. Bathroom was dirty. A couple of pillows appeared slept on and not laundered. They also advertise free breakfast. All the breakfast equipment was empty. All you could get were pancakes. Could not provide receipt at check out.

Hello Karen we do have 3 type of Curtin all of the rooms in hotel . 1 is brown colored decorated Curtin ,2 is see thorough Curtin and 3 is black out curtain. if u ask on front desk they guide u . yeas we have free breakfast ( coffee ,juice , milk ,2 type of cereal, hot waffle ,bread butter... ) and yes we cant provide u receipt bcoz u book from online so u have to ask for receipt whatever web site u book room

Nice older motel with a wonderful indoor pool
Wonderful indoor pool that was perfect temperature and clean. Older motel that was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to fix a tv quickly and sufficiently. Our only complaint was that the advertised full breakfast was nearly non existent. No bread. No proteins of any kind. Basically only cereal and milk.

Not a very well kept establishment. Staff were friendly but the owner tried to upcharge my entire party $10 each. His messenger was his front desk staff who agreed she didn’t understand. I said tell Mitch to come see me and of course he never did. The AC unit sounded like something stuck in the fan, they don’t have maintenance, there were stains all over the comforter, my husband comes Every year to hunt, we will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I hate staying in a Patel owned property. They are dirty, unfriendly and untrustworthy. You should flag the site as Indian Patel owned. At least this one didn’t stink of Cummin spices!!!!

Bedbugs/Bettwanzen Leider musste ich um 1:30 feststellen, dass ich Bisse im Nacken hatte. Habe sofort mein Gepäck in Sicherheit gebracht und geduscht. Danach bin ich auf die Rückbank meines Autos umgezogen. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich den Hotelmanager zur Rede gestellt. Ich hatte gefordert, dass ich mein Geld zurück will. Ich habe es bis heute noch nicht.

Run down and dirty
Definitely need to update their pics on the website. This place is very run down and in no way cleaned properly. They guy that checked us in wasn’t friendly at all, the atmosphere of the place made me feel like we would be robbed at any moment. The bed had stains and hair in it, there was dust everywhere. The outlet next to my bed was so loose my charger would just fall out. The bed was so soft in the middle we woke up with our backs and hips hurting. And to top it all off, my allergies were really severe the next day bc of how dirty the place was. Definitely not staying here again!!

Do not stay here. Look like it should be condemned when you pull up. Broken windows and screen first floor and lobby smell like urinal cakes

This motel has the worst management I have ever encountered. The last time we had to stay at this hotel when visiting the owner was upset that we booked online and made such a big deal the police were involved. This visit this time my brother reserved the room and paid the first day cash for us and I reserved the next two days online. When the owner noticed it was me and my husband that actually was occupying the room he immediately got upset and said we had to leave immediately because we were banned because of the review I left and he was fined 3,000 dollars. He immediately jumps on the phone to call the police so we leave the property and called my brother to go back and get our things because we had no time to get them. When my brother goes to the motel to collect our belongings everything was removed from the room. Two suitcases, laptop, printer, jewelry, make up and everything we had with us and around 4,000 dollars worth of stuff. The owner claims he didn’t remove the items but he did because we didn’t get to take anything with us. When asked if his cameras worked outside he lied saying they didn’t but that’s how he recognized who we were by us going back and forth to our vehicle. He kept screaming we were banned because of the review and we needed to leave immediately so we did not knowing he would steal all of our belongings and then lie like it wasn’t him and that we took our things with us. No one else was on the side of the motel where we were except one man.

hello sir. police were called because this guest has gave a room to other guest without our knowledge ,and guest knows that they were banned from our hotel by police causing to much problem in past stay so why would they come back n ask someone to book room for them, the reason they have to run is they know that if police arrive before they would get arrested and need to spend night in police station then the nice hotel room, regarding their stuff in the room police has checked room in their presence and they took what they need and police has asked me to throw remaining in trash

Management Horrible
The management is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lie and hate when you reserve your rooms online. They don’t wear face mask and do not require any of the guest or staff either. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at their facility. The rooms were not cleaned well and the tub had hair in it. Very over rated with poor management customer service !

hello i know who r u, first of all u have covid as u say in front of POLICE u cant stay in my hotel and than we asking u again u say u dont have covid so u lie. we already told u dont book room in my hotel but u book room again and again , after u check out from my hotel ,i called POLICE again they show my room how much in bed condition ,u did again same thing which u did every time with my room after your check out every where your baby diaper. my room was a big dumpster .u asking NON SMOKING ROOM but u smoke inside room . so as a rule u have to $250 so plz come and pay that money. if u want to see that video i have proof also.so i can show u everything and we have POLICE also if u want to call them we r always ready for that. don't book room in my hotel.if u dont like room in my hotel so why u book room again and again here. we have many cheap hotel in town as we said to u.

The worst trip ever we only take one night but before I could even get checked in and they locked my keys in my car with it running my boyfriend and I try I was trying to find a locksmith for somebody to get my car open and before I can find anybody the guy that owned the place was trying to have my car towed even though I had a reservation there was a blocking anything and then I got to get my money back to the reservation so I can go stay
