Disgusting and disappointing.
"The room is very smelly and the beddings and pillow cases are used as well as the towels. Not new. There were stains by previous clients I should say. Smelly. No blanket at first so we contacted the owner. He came, gave us new blanket, pillow cases and towels. He brought air freshener and air spray ..."
