“The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. There was a service door to the bathroom which isn't itself a problem, but I could smell cigarette smoke coming through every so often in the morning.”

“The wooden houses are located in an awesome environment, with a lake. The mountain road to arrive could be very dangerous on foggy days, and it was very scary at some points. Our house was very cold (it is in the mountains and it was very rainy) and had no heating system but a fireplace. It could have been awesome to use it but the wood provided was too wet to burn, unfortunately. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of tasty homemade products. The nearest town has a cute restaurant,...

“The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp. Load -shedding was well managed. ”

The barbecue ofcourse also made the outside place feel like home. The garden was maintained well. Inside the house we loved the space and the double bathroom. “Angefangen mit der Lage. Ruhige, sicher wirkende Ortschaft, einige kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit regionalen Produkten. Alles zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Vom Cottage sind es wenige Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand 😍 Die Wohnung selbst top ausgestattet ( mein Favorit der Gefrierkühlschrank mit vorgeschaltetem Wasserfilter für Eiswürfel und Trinkwasser) und sauber. Es gibt auch einen solar-backup im Fall von Stromausfall. Und dann noch die wunderbaren Gastgeber, die an Gastfreundlichkeit und...

“The property is absolutely marvelous, has welcoming staff and is very safe. I and my family felt reassured about the safety of our personal belongings. The room were impeccably clean and the service prompt. I would definitely recommend Waterberg Game Park to anyone wanting to get some serenity and revive themselves from the city life.”
