“Very comfortable, well appointed, convenient location. Unfortunately, it stormed and we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor patio but it was a lovely home!”

“The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside.”

“House is perfect location for bars, restaurants, shopping and walking trails. The house was cute and clean. Jessica was very accommodating. If I had one thing I would recommend, it would be to have a bottle of water or two in the fridge. Other than that, would stay here again!”
