“This unit was great! The location is close to lots of downtown and grocery/liquor/coffee stores. Bonus points for undergrojnd parking if you need a car as the street has a time limit. Unit was clean and spacious - more than enough room for 4 people and 6 if necessary. Host communication was great - we had a super late check in and paul had no problem with it. Building is secure and quiet! Only hiccup was the wifi didnt work great but we visited between snow storms.”

“Modern bright condo; great location with amenities; located beside grocery stores and coffee bars and the C train; Kitchen needs some more dishes including glasses and utensils; there was 1 wine glass and no drink glasses; An information sheet in condo wld be helpful; Having to drive to a separate distant (not walking distance) location to get the key, was inconvenient; requires a car or an extra cab ride; Now that we know the process we wld stay here again;”

“this is a clean, new and comfy condo in a perfect location to walk around downtown and 1 block from the train station. Very good inside parking and the building security made us feel safe. The condo has everything we needed and the furniture was very comfortable. Host was helpful and responsive. Instructions were good but it took us a little while to learn how to get in and out. Tons of nearby restaurants, bars and shopping.”

“Other than the wine not being available and no robes that were in the listing, we had an absolutely amazing time. Beautiful decor. Gorgeous views. Easy communication with the host check in was a breeze. Definitely a must stay if you were in Calgary. Also bed is very comfortable and super soft plus the soaker tub was absolutely amazing”

No number to contact the landlord directly and we had questions upon check in. Parking pass for underground garage (one reason we chose this property!) was not inside the house, as stated, so we had to park both cars outside and one car was keyed along the side. “We stayed for 4 nights in April 2024 to attend a wedding. We were a family of 8 adults, and pets. What went well?…most everything. The home is clean and in a nice neighbour close to everything in south Calgary, with parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking is easy to find too.
