The room was outdated. The shower wall was leaking and the shower head was old and difficult to manipulate. The kitchen and breakfast was clean and spacious. The parking lot is clean and well lit. Good location

Convenient location for my visit to Sycamore. Slept good, internet was fast enough, coffee was good. I'll stay there again next time I'm at our factory.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love using the lobby for conversation. Wish hot tub was functional, but the pool was warm and clean. Quiet atmosphere and nice breakfast. Altogether a very nice stay.

Great stay! Nice clean room and hotel.
Rooms were very spacious. Nice bathroom size as well. Separate sitting area with a door to the bedroom. Very nice! A bit pricey for.one night stay...$192. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very nice.

This is a well-located property with easy parking and access to services. The luggage carts are in very poor condition making them hard and unsafe to use. Our room had a toilet seat that had not been cleaned on the underside. The elevator makes odd lurches and jumps indicating a lack of maintenance.

Hi Mark, Mt sincere apologies for the conditional issues you describe. I will have maintenance inspect the luggage cart immediately and speak to housekeeping regarding the cleanliness issue. Our elevator is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safety. I do thank you very much for your feedback and assure you I will address all the issues you mentioned.

Hi Kiel, during the week breakfast runs 0600 to 0930 and on weekends it is 0700 to 1030. The hot tub in the pool area was permanently closed three years ago however the pool remains open.Thank you very much for your feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Botox Won't Fix This
Aging badly. Bedding needs a refresh. The bathroom is very dated and unsafe for anyone not an athlete. Wallpaper, tile and walls are dingy and peeling. How could this place get such a good rating? Makes me not trust Hotels.com.

It was very nice& roomy with the little “living room” . Also, it was nice that they had coffee & hot chocolate available all the time. No house keeping on the weekends but they did bring up fresh towels upon request. My only suggestion is- bring your own tp!

Nice hotel
The hotel was pretty nice. Everything seemed pretty clean. The hotel lobby had a fire going on the cold night I got there, so that was nice. They also have a pretty good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to other people staying in the area!

The property was nice and the employees friendly. The room was ok but there were ants in the bathroom and on the counter with the coffee pot and microwave.
