We have never had those comments before. Most of hotel rooms won't have microwave in the room. If you book apartment style hotels there would have microwave or kitchen. Good afternoon Ms King,Hope all is well,According to our staff he said he spoke with you and felt bad that you had to deal with screaming children next door and mentioned you were crying that you couldn't sleep. He straightaway moved you to another room. Usually we cant just swap rooms as your previous room was already used and our housekeepers had gone home but nonetheless he moved you and he mentioned that you said you liked the new room.
