I am thankful you apologized after realizing the error of your ways.We do have notices about the renovation posted on Expedia, at the front desk, and throughout the hotel. Expedia also sent you a message reminding you about the renovation we are undergoing after you booked.

Hello, I'm very sorry we did not have late check outs available for your stay, unfortunately there are a limited quantity daily. I'm looking into why our Renovation notice is no longer active for Expedia, Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I apologize construction noise was a problem they should not start that early and I will address it with our crew. We hope you will give us another change to meet and exceed your expectations after our construction has completed.
