Al entrar al lobby todo prefecto , entras al al elevador y sales a los cuartos realmente sucio , aspecto mal y un olor a sucio horrible ☹️,, el cuarto sucio y la alfombra con residuos se comida realmente no me gusto ,

Muy buena estancia
Pasamos una noche porque tomábamos el avión para volver a Madrid al día siguiente desde el aeropuerto de Ta-coma. Necesitábamos descansar después de mes y medio de viaje por USA. Aquí lo conseguimos.

Are room was not clean and we paid for breakfast and there was no breakfast. Are bathroom door stain all over it and our bathroom counter had two yellow stains that we wiped off.

My stay start perfect as i was able to check in early which was a big plus for our trip. The beds and pillows were perfect. Was a little loud with the traffic but nothing to bothersome. I will be staying again in a couple weeks.

It was a nice clean property the pool was big and indoors but it’s outside you have to go outside the building and into another building was kind of cold. Oh the property is adjacent to a comedy club so parking was kind of confusing but other than that everything was great would stay here again

The room is rated as soundproof but right next to the I5 made it impossible to sleep. The hotel provided earplugs.

We had a great stay, my kids loved the pool and the staff was very nice. Overall one of the best hotels me and my family had stayed. Will book again!!

The staff was very friendly, with the guests and each other. They were like a family. Made us feel very welcome. Good food too, at reasonable prices. Nice little gym

SO NOISY!!! We even moved rooms to other side of building but no matter what room you’re in the highway and street traffic sound like a race track! They even place earplugs in the room and tell you to leave the air conditioner on to provide white noise that may block some of the traffic noise.

Overall, the hotel itself is decent. We stayed here because we are from out of town and were watching a comedy show at the adjoining club, so we booked out of convenience. It's in a pretty rough area so just make sure you take all of your belongings out of your car and don't wander around after dark. Nothing bad happened to us but we also minded our business.

The road is quite noisy. Other than that, everything is good. The room is quite new. I like the washroom mirror. So nice.

Nope wont stay again
Connecting room door had big gap. Heard all the business the next room was doing in the bathroom at 5:30 AM. Breakfast was facon and just not that good

Roller derby visit
Overall the stay was great. The room did have an odd smell to it, but we just opened the windows to get fresh air. Staff was great and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Having the pool available until 11pm was also a nice plus.
