Western Inn
Very old and outdated Inn. Front desk not friendly. Lots of outside traffic noise since it’s located close to an intersection. Juice was watered down. Shower only had luck warm water. Please go some where else to stay.

Will never return.
Very poor initial room condition. Poorly maintained and updated. Requested another room, but it was well below standards even for a 2 star motel. Came back from a walk to find another party in the second room....front desk had neglected to record my room change. Room card did not work on second day, again front desk screwed up. Will never return.

The front desk lady was super nice while checking in , however our bed was super uncomfortable, the pillows and bed were really tough to sleep on .

Ir qas verry clean. Itwas quiet . The night and day clerk were very friwndly and very helpful. They had wonderful knowledge about the area and things to do. morning grab and go breakfest was fresh and good. I extended my stay by a day and i would stay there again.

The location was convenient, and I loved seeing Mt Rainier from the parking lot. However it needs basic maintenance like lighting and electrical outlets, drawer handles and painting. Continental Breakfast was packaged sweet rolls from an ancient time, but coffee and juice were available. Basically just rundown , has seen better days. The staff was nice.

This place is so rundown; the rooms are falling apart. Holes in the walls, lumpy carpet, towel bars falling off the walls because they have been pulled down so many times, etc. The pathetic wifi is way under powered, has almost no bandwidth, drops all the time, and when the router need to be reset because it shut down, it may take hours for them to get around to even trying.

We are sorry that you feel the way you do. We are unaware of any holes in walls, lumpy carpet or towel racks falling off walls. Please call the front desk so they can see what room you are referring to and have the problems addressed right away. The front desk staff usually resets the router in a pretty timely manner depending on how busy they are so once again we apologize that you were unhappy with your stay. If there is a next time and there was a problem with something in the room, please let staff know so that it can be addressed right away. Thank you

Beware of a hotel that seems too good to be true. The “nonsmoking” room smelled of stale smoke and something else not clean. Afraid to sit on stained single chair. Furniture had chunks missing. We left after 20 minutes and found another hotel.

I believe there needs to be some attention to repairs in the room. It looks a little run down to me. Toilet would not flush properly and the heater vents were gone, also the dresser was missing a drawer

We are hopeful to get back on track with the updates and all the renovations in the near future, Unfortunatley covid somewhat threw everything off. We do plan to have nicer updated rooms soon. Take care and we hope to have you stay again in the near future.

This is a very old property in need of updating inside and out. I had a King bed room. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, lumpy. On Saturday, they did not do housekeeping until well after 4:00 pm. Generally clean. No complementary coffee in the room (you could get fresh coffee in the office area). Breakfast was useless to me, as I must have low carb options. There were none.

Thank you for your feedback, we will communicate with housekeeping to ensure that all room are properly attended to. Due to Covid-19 we are limited on the breakfast items we can supply. Nevertheless, as we all get back to "normal" we plan to re-provide additional breakfast options. Again, thank you for your feedback and look forward a future stay.

The bed only had two working legs. We had reserved a two bed room, only had one BROKEN bed. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Bathroom light didn’t work. There was a literal drug operation in the room next to us.

They called me at 9pm both nights i was there to tell me to "walk quieter". I had been sitting down for 30 minutes one night before the call and the next night was laying in bed. It was really annoying. I came back to my room and my keycard wouldnt work. Conviently there was a sign out fromt of the office that they would be back in 5 minutes.
