We found what it looks to be a camera on the tv we want an explanation of that! no one was at the front desk at the time of check out and we were in a rush. It definitely looked like a camera just stuck on the tv plugged in a usb. I want to know why it was there!

Terrible, cuando entre en la habitacion las camas estaban sin hacer y la habitacion sucia, cuando fui a recepcion solo me dieron una simple disculpa y las llaves de otra habitacion no muy limpia. El desayuno fue una bolsa de plastico con un platano, una botella de agua y una barra de cereals. No se recomiendo a nadie

Dear guest, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you've had. However, at our property, we strictly follow a daily housekeeping routine where all rooms are cleaned, inspected, and supervised before being made available for booking. The same goes for all common areas. Each day our system is simultaneously updated to reflect which rooms are ready for occupancy, currently occupied, or needs cleaning. This is being confirmed by our front desk manager as well. We do not leave anything to chance especially at this time of a health crisis. Both the safety of our guests and staff is of utmost significance.

The closet smelled like skunk. The room always felt damp. The tub backed up and took FOREVER to drain. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed.

Hotel was very clean. It smelled clean no odor in carpet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the customer service i received at country inns and suites. I will be returning in july and august of 2024. Wanted to give a special shout out to Clorisa in housekeeping. Thank you for always helping with accesd to my room. I couldnt open door , had my phone next to card. She i let me know that may be the problem. Just wanted to say thank you.

I absolutely loved the staff and the breakfast was fine. The cleanliness of the rooms were not up to par. From the linen to the restroom. I have stayed at this location before and had no complaints but this time was a no for me!

Nice clean hotel, it has been updated. Great price. People are amazing here! So friendly and happy to help you. The amazing lady that takes care of the breakfast area is so sweet and does a great job keeping the area clean and well stocked. I witnessed her going above and beyond for one guest. Thank you for making us feel like we really matter!

Construction on the building in the middle of the night, early morning between 4:00 and daylight in the morning. Sound like rats. We're going through the ceiling for all the wire they were moving. Some of the metal roof was off outside my window when picked up. Listen to plastic beat you ain't got to against the wall all night long. Misreputation on the cleaning ness in the pool area.
