最初、私たちも行くのが16時頃で早かったのか掃除が行き届いてなかったが残念でした。他の口コミでもありましたが掃除は夕方なので、早くホテルに帰った時も掃除がまだのときもありそれさえ改善できればリーズナブルでABCストアも海もすぐそばでいいところです。

家族(大人2人中学生2人)で１週間過ごさせて頂きました。スタッフはとても親切で、フジタビーチまでは徒歩で数分でいけます。ホテルの隣が野外レストランバーのようで、生ライブ演奏が深夜まで鳴り響いてます(耳栓して寝ました)…また目の前が警察署で安心感はありますが夜な夜な出動でサイレンが気になりました。客室にリンスと歯ブラシはありませんでした。清掃はバスマットを軽くはたいてひき直している感じでした。宿泊２日目に突然TVが故障してフロントに尋ねるも修理中でいつなおるかわからないとのこと。部屋の冷蔵庫に水のペットボトル(500ミリリットル2本)ありました。ホテルの隣がABCストアがあるのでとても 便利でした。直ぐ横にかき氷屋さんもあってとても美味しかったです。

3泊しました。無難に過ごせました。 日本だと、ビジネスホテル1泊１人5,000円くらいな感じだと思います。２人ツインで14,000円くらいだったので、こんなもんかな？ 言葉が通じないので、良いサービスは受けられません。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポット、ドライヤー、エアコンがあるので良いです。 シャワーは、日本のホテル方式で、カーテンは浴槽の中に入れて使えば大丈夫です。 何故か、５分おきにトイレのタンクに水が補充されて音が気になりますが、慣れたら大丈夫です。 椅子は汚いので座りません。無いと思えば大丈夫です。

Room was filthy. Hotel was overall noisy. House keeping was very noisy while cleaning. Constant door slamming. Only convenience was the location. Very bad experience. Will not be staying there ever again.

街歩きには良い立地です。大体30分圏内に行きたい場所があると思います。但し、暑いのでホテルに戻る度に下着類は着替える必要があります。ホテル着いて貴重品庫の電池が切れていたので電話でスタッフ呼んで電池交換してもらいました。対応が良かったです。

リーズナブルなので、清潔感は期待しない方がよいです。寝るだけの目的での利用、ただ道にめんしているのと、1階にバーがあるので酔っ払いが騒ぐとうるさいので耳栓を持って行った方が良いです。

애증의 호텔
일단 그 동네 번화가랑 멀지 않아서 좋습니다. 한 600-700미터? 침대는 태풍오고 바꾼건지 저는 좋았습니다. 매일 저녁 화장실에서 만나는 바퀴벌레, 개인 수영장처럼 편안하게 쓸 수 있는 락스냄새 가득한 공용수영장. 그래도 바다 및 해안정경이 보이는 등. 결론은 괌 자연 환경이 다했다!

Internet rubbish. Sheet, towel service supposed to be every 3 days sometimes it was a week. Same for room cleaning Hip bath very difficult to step over in and out for shower. Dryers not working in laundry.

Just another old hotel in need of moderizations. Flooring old and wore out. Dryers are out of service had to spend the day drying my clothes with a blowdryer. No airport shuttleservice. Air conditioner barely cooled during the day. Locks on doors are questionable( i could see through the crack in between the door and the door jamb) would i stay here again? Never, Not even for 45.00 a night and it cost me 92.00

深夜便で到着し3日間泊まりました。 フロントは24時間対応ですので、深夜便でも問題なくチェックイン出来ます🎵 室内防備は特に問題なし。旅に慣れている方は持参しているでしょうが、USBソケットはありませんので、ご用意下さい。 その他、屋上プールもあり、海までも約1キロ程でしょうか？歩いた行くことも可能です。 ショッピングも、1キロほど歩けば飲食店も有り困ることはないでしょう。ホテル隣にABCマートもあります。 ベッドも柔らかくもなく硬くもなく快適に睡眠出来ました。また利用するつもりです。

ABCストアが隣にあり、レストランやDFS付近までも歩ける距離で立地はよい。 施設が古いので、全体的キレイではないがまぁ、この値段なら許容範囲。 ただし、全体的に掃除をしてないのか、部屋の中、廊下の絨毯の掃除機はかけてないと思われる。チェックイン直後にも床にホコリ、髪の毛がたくさん。 6Fの部屋でシャワーの勢いが弱いのも気になったが、しょうがないかな、、と。 価格重視で、日中出歩いている、汚れなど気にせず部屋にいられる人にはコスパはよいと思う。

Located in Tumon, the Grand Plaza Hotel was conveniently located in a walkable tourist area with many shops and restaurants and also across from the Police Station. ABC Store is next door. My only real issue with this hotel during my stay is that the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors from both sides!

Although not as bad as the previous property I stayed at, the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Door was supposed to be self locking, but wouldn't close correctly without slamming it shut. A hot water maker was provided, but it had a good amount of rust or something on the bottom of it. Otherwise, room was decently clean. Air conditioner seemed new, worked well, and was surprisingly quiet.

Place is decent. it has changed a lot since I was there last and that was before the pandemic. Our lay over on Guam to Saipan for not till the next morning. So, its decent enough. Front Desk Lady was very nice, that made a difference.
