ビーチも綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。静かだし最高でした。ビーチサイドの食事も美味しく、ドル高ではありましたが良心的なお値段でした。また次回もこちらのホテルを利用したいです。お部屋係のメイドさんも笑顔で印象がよかったです。

There is amusement park near by Westin. This amusement park use dancing music and loud voice until 11 pm around. This music is very bad for family and older people We didn’t like only this thing. So, I never stay again, if situation is same.

This is a great hotel. The recent typhoon has affected the exterior, and due to the pandemic and low occupancy the spa has permanently closed. But it is still a great place to stay, service is excellent. There are a lot of military personnel on R&R, but the behave like anyone else just out for a vacation. Highly recommend.

편안한 숙소임.
편안했슴. 침대 아주편안함. 4명가족이 머물수 있는 투몬비치의 유일한 5성급 호텔. 걸어서 투몬비치쇼핑센터 돌아다닐수 있음. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 좋은데 좀 짬. 클럽라운지해피타임은 음식 맛있음. 클럽라운지 이용할수 있는 방을 쓰는게 좋음. 한국인직원 있어 소통편함. 주차는 괌이 다 그렇듯이 호텔들이 낡아서 주차장이 넓지만 좀 낡았고 좀 치안이 불안한 느낌. 왜냐하면 어둡고 ㅍ페인트칠도 시멘트그대로. 앞에 프라이빗비치는 맘에 듬. 여긴 웨스틴과 옆에 롯데나 이런데서 내려와서 씀. 투몬비치와는 나무로 막혀있어서 격리됨. 헤엄쳐서 걸어서 금방 갈수는 있음. 수상액티비티는 여기서는 카약만 됨. 따로 다른데 예약하고 하는게 좋음.

안녕하세요 DONG 고객님,먼저 저희 웨스틴 리조트괌을 선택하여 주시고 귀한 시간을 내어 솔직하고 좋은 후기를 남겨주신 고객님께 감사드립니다. 괌호텔이 바닷가에 인접한 건물이다 보니 열심히 관리하고 있음에도 불구하고 빠르게 노후되는 부분도 있어 그런 느낌을 느끼실수 있을듯 합니다. 수영장에서 3계단만 내려가면 바로 연결되는 비치는 저희 호텔이 갖고 있는 큰 장점입니다. 다시한번 감사드리며 추후에 다시 괌에 오시게 된다면 다시 만나뵙기를 기대합니다. 감사합니다.

不満なところは、部屋の電話が故障で使えなかったこと、部屋の清掃・ベットメイキングが不十分であったことです。5泊のうち2回も出来ておらず、電話が使えないのでフロントに直接言いに行き部屋で待機するも数が足りないタオル・アメニティーを持ってきて、結局不足分持ってこなくて22時過ぎたのであきらめ家族で使いまわしした。ベットに置いたチップは無くなっていた(笑)残り1回は本当に全くで・・・自分でコップ洗ってタオルも再利用して最悪なホテルでした。 フロントスタッフは問題なく、レストラン・クラブラウンジのスタッフも良かったです。なので出来の悪い清掃員を管理する責任者が悪いかな。 もう使いません。 ここのウエスティンは皆さんが知っているホテルとは別物とお考え下さい。

Lack of care
The Westin Resort Guam used to be THE spot for luxury and consistency in high quality service and amenities. This visit was unfortunately none of that and the main reason was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom sink was draining slowly because the stopper was covered in gunk and hair. We were only there for two nights and we called the front desk in the morning after our first night to request that they clean the sink. They said someone would handle it that day. Nothing. We called again that afternoon and still, nothing. That night, we delivered said sink stopper to the front desk so they could see for themselves but by that time, it was too late as we were leaving early the next morning. We also had to ask the housekeeper to sweep the floor for us as she was about to leave the room without doing so. These seem like basic things for any hotel but especially for the Westin and at almost $400 a night, there is really no excuse for dirty rooms.

장단점이 확실한 숙소
장점 : 해수욕장을 롯데와 웨스틴만 써서 한가해서 좋음 , 티갤러리아 및 주변 식당 가까워서 좋음. 단점 : 시설이 오래됐고 바다전망뷰 방이 모두 부분전망이라 아쉬움, 제일 단점은 고객응대 거의 안됨ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 걍 보이는 직원한테 말걸어서 요청하는게 제일 빠름

Unfortunately, they didn’t prepare for the room that I booked and they even said that there was nothing they can do until the hotel manager showed up. The office manager did her best, but I don’t think I will stay this hotel again.
