Llevo utilizando este hotel desde hace bastante tiempo y siempre han tenido ingrato muy agradable. El servicio es excelente y aunque las habitaciones son muy cómodas, no estaría de más una pequeña reforma en los baños. Por lo demás, todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa y muy cerca de las calles más importantes de restaurantes y bares

Personal de recepción, muy bien dispuestos.
La limpieza en la habitación es cada dos días. Eso lo anunciaron nuestro ingreso, nunca al contratar el servicio. Estuvimos tres días. , nunca se realizó limpieza de habitación.

Dear Bernardo, Thank you for your feedback! I hope you had a great stay with us. Just a small correction, the cleaning is done every 3 days and not 2 days as you mentioned. It's written on the different websites and also mentioned during check-in. Reservations from 4 nights will have a cleaning service.

Muy caro para lo poco y malo que ofrecen
Fueron sólo dos noches (gracias a Dios !!). Nos dieron un subsuelo cuya minúscula ventana daba a un pasillo, a la altura del piso. Durante la noche se cortaba a cada rato la energia, por lo que el acondicionador de aire dejaba de funcionar. Casi nos morimos de calor. También toda la noche la música en los pasillos a muy alto volúmen. Si tu objetivo es recorrer la ciudad todo el dia, y volver al hotel a descansar... olvídalo. Definitivamente no regresaremos.

Un poco despojado pero comodo y bien ubicado
Me aloje en habitacion tematica del 119 Ben Iehuda. Calefaccion : perfecta baño dormitorio todo muy bien. Yo me habia alojad en su inauguracion 20 años atras esta nuevo. El living room un poco vacio y los sillones un poco incomodos . A pesr de esto lo recomiendo!!!

Muy conformes
El lugar esta muy bien equipado y limpio. Cerca de la Zona centrica y de la playa. Se nos habia trabado la Caja fuerte y enseguida vinieron a arreglarla. Lo unico que podriamos sugerir para que se mejore es que el servicio de limpieza sea mas seguido, no cada 3 dias como disponen. Pero la experiencia fue excelente.

Es una buena opción y más barata que el resto de los hoteles de la zona, que es cara. Las sábanas podrían haber estado algo más limpias. Por la noche en la habitación refrescaba bastante. Está en plena zona de bares y restaurantes. El parking que ofrecen es caro (25 USD) aunque puede compensar en caso de que uno vaya a entrar y salir varias veces al día. No dan comidas ni desayunos

Very good location, Friendly service.
Spent a full week at this nice Hotel. Located at 121 Ben Yehuda St. close to the beach and a lively neighborhood. A well supplied mini supermarket close by. There is no sign so if you get in late we aware that the building has a business called Deja Vu at the front of the building. Minus points: Staff failed to inform us that during the week we stayed there was a religious holiday so public transportation was unavailable and museums closed. Also cleaning was not optimal. Overall, We recommend this Hotel.

Muy bien, solamente seria conveniente que indicaran en la entrada de los edificios en que lugar esta la oficina, pues se confunde uno llegando al 119 y ahí no hay nada, nosotros llegamos a las 5 de la mañana y llegamos a pensar en dormir en el coche por que no estaba indicado que la oficina esta en el 121. Despues de ir a ver en el 121, y entrar curioseando, llegamos a la oficina. Por lo demas, todo muy bien.

La habitación tenia estropeada una ventana que no se podía bajar y no había privacidad en el dormitorio. La ventana del baño no se podóa abrir, estaba estropeado el mecanismo. No arreglaron los problemas durante la estancia.

This property is in a great location if you’re staying in Tel Aviv. Close to practically everything, within walking distance from the beach, Diezengoff, and more! It makes for a much more comfortable stay having your own apartment in Tel Aviv rather than a one room hotel. Very nice staff, extremely helpful, a great place!

I didn’t like that is was dated and some of the tv stations didn’t work. I liked that it was quiet and walking distance to the beach. The front desk lady was great, but the gentleman wasn’t friendly.

Comfortable apartment near the beach
The apartment was bettet than expected! Very clean and comfortable for our family. Close to the beach and great restaurants but on a quieter street so we didnt hear any noise. Reception staff were available 24/7 and very helpful

Ce voyage au sein de cet établissement était catastrophique. Je ne pourrais même pas choisir quel mot négatif attribuer à ce séjour dans cet établissement vu à quel point j’ai été choquée. Durant le séjour du personnel rentrait dans nos appartements sans aucune autorisation avec les cartes qu’ils possédaient. Ça nous ait déjà arrivé de trouver la porte de l’appartement ouvert alors que nous l’avions fermé. Nous avons également soupconne des caméras dans les appartements tout au long du séjour et nous ne sentions extrêmement mal à l’aise à cause de cela. Pour 6 adolescentes de 19ans nous nous sentions extrêmement mal à l’aise. Cela est une atteinte à la vie privée. De plus, nous avons été expulsés d’une manière violente avant la fin de séjour. Des actes violents de la part du personnel ont eu lieu ainsi que des insultes de leur part. J’ai été extrêmement déçue et choquée de cet établissement. J’ai également contacté expédia à plusieurs reprises j’attends toujours un retour. Je n’accepte absolument pas tout ce qui s’est passé et je ne veux absolument pas laisser passer. Je déconseille cet endroit il est à fuir !!

Great place to stay close to the beach. Lacks the amenities of a “hotel” but still a great option to save some money and get a little more room. Patio balcony is huge and the upstairs room allowed us to spread out a little. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ideal zum Strand und einem öffentlichen Pool gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment at Ben Yahuda that was actually 2 stories with a kitchenette and upstairs balcony overlooking the city. The location was excellent - just 2 blocks away from the beach and a block from main bus routes. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Cleaning was every 3 days, which was fine for us. There was construction on the street in front of the building which meant there was no car traffic or noise and the construction did not bother us although it made it a bit challenging to get a taxi drop off with luggage. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Das Hotel ist schon in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich. Abholung am Flughafen und Taxi dorthin wurde für mich organisiert. Mein Apartment war sehr geräumig (40qm) und komfortabel, und der Preis hat gestimmt. Das Dekor mit alten Musikgerätschaften aus den 60er Jahren an den Wänden war allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dass sich eine Baustelle vor dem Haus befand, wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Irritierend war, dass der Heizkessel der Dusche 20 Minuten zum Warmwerden benötigte und jeden Abend der Strom kurz ausfiel.

The reality is different than advertised. The room was tired. The shower mold disgusting. Ben Yehuda Street is under construction, and it will be under construction for a very long time as part of the TLV Light Rail development (based on current state, it might take two more years of construction). On the other hand the Front Desk personnel was excellent, it could not be better.

Dear VicenteThank you for your review. We are happy to announce that the construction works are due to finish very soon. We were informed that within 2 weeks they will finish with the constructions for a period of 2 years. So as of June 2023 - we don't expect any noise or construction works happening on Ben Yehuda Street next to the property. With regards to the cleanliness issues - we have a dedicated house keeping staff which is trained to clean the apartments to the highest level. We would have loved to hear your complaints during your stay so we could send someone to check and clean if necessary. As you can read from hundreds of reviews on this site - guests are frequently mentioning the high level of cleanliness, the central location near the beach and our 24-hours on-site reception. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Tel Aviv

Good: 24 hour reception, shops nearby and beach. Bad: dated interior, bathroom mouldy and dated needs refurb. The photos on website are NOT the room you get, furniture is totally different, TV in weird place on side of room, noisy street at night due roadworks noise. Reception team poor communication, said could use any debit or credit card for public transport (not the case!) and no clue about ravkav the card system to use.
