El hotel aunque alejado del centro si te gusta andar como me ocurre a mí, pues estupendo. El personal super atentos, la habitacion muy limpia y cómoda. Lo único que le pondría ventanas de doble acristalamiento para reducir el ruido exterior. El desayuno muy bueno con zumo de naranja natural, pan, aceite, bolleria, fruta, queso, etc. La zona donde se encuentra muy tranquila y con muchos restaurantes.

Hotel pequeño bien ubicado con buena atención
Buena. La habitación que tuve tenía una distribución incómoda. En tamaño era grande, La cama también era grande. Pero el espacio para circular en el cuarto muy estrecho. El baño era muy amplio. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. La atención en la recepción, en todo momento, muy buena.

The experience was great. Staff - Kiara, Mark and the person managing breakfast were excellent. Kiara was extremely helpful. She helped with many requests such as I needed a spare charger, arranging early breakfast due to the tours. Hospitality was excellent.

Excellent service, great staff. Gentleman at breakfast hall has fantastic energy! Very friendly and welcoming. Parking is the only issue at location. Very close to the beach. Love it here

The front door locks at midnight and they would not have let us it after two flight delays before arriving there. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were exceptional. Most places here are small and expensive. Thats Tel Aviv. But the staff made up for it. We would ho back in a heartbeat.

The staff at the hotel were great. We were doing a side trip and they held our luggage for 2 days. There was some confusion on our dates due to the booking company. The hotel resolved the issue and assured us we would only be charged for the one night that we stayed. Hotel was very clean, in a good location and very accommodating staff.

Great location, extremely nice staff, quiet room, nice breakfast and very nice breakfast room staff Julien. Front desk was so friendly and so accomodating. It is a small hotel but comfortable and we asked for a quiet room which we got. Clean and modern. Well situated for going to port, beaches, as well as to nice part of town for shopping and lots of good, not expensive restaurants nearby. Buses also not far away. We stayed a full week.

Slightly disappointed!!
The room was sparse and quite small. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was excellent ,especially Shalom at the front desk and Julian who was in charge of breakfast. We were upset that the English TV channels in our room were not working as we could not listen to the news at night nor day. We complained to Shalom about this. The telephone in our room was also not working so we had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something. We asked for a discount on the room but they refused. We are going to dispute this on our credit card.
